The security guard followed me around the store as I shopped and the receptionist didn't answer my question about the tap on the machine that wasn't working, then gave me an attitude as if she was superior to me. I place my card in the machine, paid for the items, then left feeling disappointed. The experience of not being treated with respect and dignity as I spent my hard earned money for items needed is the worst thing ever. Poor customer service! Racism is real! Hate is ugly.

The supervisor with the beard is racist as hell, I spend hundreds every time I come in, but even that won't stop him from trailing you around the store why because I'm black, I even go out of my way to not look gangster or suspicious in anyway; damn near Carlton sometimes and yet still he couldn't help himself. Here's a tip for you buddy next time you want to trail somebody make sure it's not someone from lost prevention, to make it worse I brought it up to the other supervisor who calls everyone brother and she just laughed it off . Worse experience ever.

Very poor customer service while taking merchandise. They do not respect the customers at all. The associate will start chatting with customers for cheap thrills and punning at cash register, without giving due regards to others who are waiting in the queue for their turn. Not very efficient, if you are someone who has no time to waste for this, I would not recommend this store to anyone. They do not address as sir or madame as part of conversation, but the way of interaction is informal. I don't know how their manager allow such an employee behaviour.

Loved this store before but now it seems to be under new management. Items that are priced one way on the shelf are scanned for a higher price at check out. Customers need to go out of their way to check their receipts & ensure they’ve been charged properly for items. When I’ve needed to point out being over charged for items, there is not an apology, just a time consuming refund. Staff before were much friendlier also.

Very disappointed. Got an e-mail saying March break savings. 50% off Berberine. Drove all the way there to be told nope. I will never shop there again. False advertising for sure.

They ask me too write five star reviews and I can receive 5$ coupons and I tried to redeem it cashier was rude and she said I have to shop 100$ plus to redeem 5$ totally frustrated and worst customer service ever had

It's great here honestly. I can find so many healthy alternatives to food I eat on a daily and at affordable pricea

I use to like going to this location, but today I was followed by an employee names Mehyium ( I hope I spelt her name correctly). I was looking for a lip balm ( which they had in a very odd place )I was shocked and troubled by her actions of following me and not even asking if I need help. Next another lady from cash comes over to ask if I need help with anything. I expressed to her what just happened and told her I work way to hard to be followed around the store like a thief.To the manger or owner of this location Siddik please teach your (new and old) employees of racial profiling.
