The drinks in this store are delicious, but the clerk can never figure out how to package them for takeout... Unless you take it away with both hands or drink it on the spot, the drink will be spilled four or five times in the car, and the clerk won't even want to part with it. Wrap you in a layer of plastic wrap. This is definitely the worst takeaway milk tea shop I have ever seen.

Bought two drinks and this probably the worst bubble tea shop I've been to.Pearl Milk Tea: tastes like it was made from milk tea packets that you can find in the supermarketSparkling Orange Tea: I think your sodastream carbonator broke because we found out that our drink had no fizz, so we were just tating watered down orange flavoured water. Also gave us a small straw when there were orange bits in the drink, so it was impossible to drink because the bits would be caught in the small strawPurchased around 6 PM on Sunday May 14th

Came here around 4pm and orders a mango slush. It was not very sweet which was my preference but the it was not blended very well at all. There were still chunks of ice inside which wouldn’t even go through the straw. Chose this place because I was too lazy to another place which had no mall entrance!

Our original plan was to grab lattes at the McDonald’s drive thru but they ran out. We decided to randomly try Hi.Tea. It was a great local place for takeout only. We purchased a Matcha & Mocha Latte and Hong Kong Milk Tea and walked around the Lantern Festival.The girl at the cash was super sweet and completely made up for the experience at McDonald’s.
