Very friendly staff with a local and cozy atmosphere. Prices were a little high considering everything, but overall good food. I would give 5 stars had the prices been a little lower.

A nine-year-old prospective!Once we got to the restaurant, the door needed to be turned hard to open then we got seated quickly and the waitress gave us the menu quickly and asked us what drinks we wanted. There was a drinks section at the back of the menu and the waitress gave us some water in a weird-looking bottle. After we ordered drinks and food I went to the bathroom. The stairs were very narrow, and there was only one railing on the right side of the stairwell, the bathrooms were little rooms with toilets and sinks inside. After we returned to the eating area we sat down and most of the food arrived, the noodles that I ordered took a little longer than most of the dishes. You could order noodles with spice or without spice, It was perfect and Slurpable but there were too many veggies and meat. while we were eating the door, slammed a couple of times when some other people came in and out, it was super loud. My family ordered bulgogi with rice which was a little spicy but if eaten with rice it was good. Also, we ordered some bento boxes with salmon and chicken, which looked good. Good portions and delicious food. We got the bill and they used to give out free guava candies, but not anymore. But overall everything was great except for the narrow stairs and the extra veggies inside my noodles. I give it 4.7 out of five stars. I would recommend it for family dinners.Kid-friendliness: It is very kid-friendly, the waitresses were very nice and kind. This is one of our go to Korean restaurants.

What I loved the most about this place is the clean rest rooms !!Tried gamjatang .... It tasted different from a regular Korean gamjatang.... More like they didn't add the right Gochugaru.....but I took an hour and half to finish them all..The kimchi was too fresh ...didn't spend enough time fermenting...but well I ate that up too.. great place ...

I've here a few times before long ago and had a bad experience with take out last year so I didn't decide to write a review until I had a chance to dine in again. We ordered the traditional pork bone soup with ramen and Budae Jjigae that had sausage and luncheon meat, tofu and lots of nappa in a spicy soup with ramen and a bowl of rice.. We enjoyed our meals and the quality, portions and price are quite the same as before which is a plus to find a place that you can go to for great food and value for theoney you spend.

Service is good.Pork bone soup only has pork bone and a few pieces of potatoes, compared to other restaurants, that's a bit not good enough.

Strange tasting salmon sushi rolls - kind of feels a bit soft and mushy of a texture, and a bit too creamy of a taste? Made me feel sick after.

Not busy at all when we went for a late 2PM Saturday lunch - we were the only ones.• Pork Bone Soup Ramen• Kimchi Fried RicePrice $$Quality 5/5Staff 5/5Served on a hot stone bowl, the pork bone soup ramen was 5/5. Great portion - I almost didn’t finish it. Price was also waaay less than what most place charge nowadays. We only got side dishes that I think what they had for that day. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the cucumber and seee potatoes which were my favourite.

Like all other reviewers mentioned, the food here tasted more Chinese than Korean. This is NOT okay if you advertise yourself as Korean and Japanese food. Ordered the Tteokbokki and it was a huge disappointment. See below on food comments. Would not recommend.- glass noodle tasted like soy sauce chow mein- Kimchi was tasteless and dry (see picture)-Tteokbokki was a container or rice cake with no fish cakes. Tastes like sweet and sour pork

Great traditional Korean food. They make their own myun (면) and yuksoo (육수). Thus their noodle dishes are authentic. Additionally, the prices are reasonable. If you want to taste real Korean food, this is definitely the place.
