We came here a couple weeks ago (when there was a glorious stint of sunshine) and sat on the patio. The service, food and atmosphere was excellent!I really loved the fact that they had their gluten free options clearly labelled and the food was amazing. The nachos were delicious, the chicken and goat cheese wrap (which I had on a gluten free bun) was really tasty and had loads of flavour. My husband had the chicken tenders, which he said were really nice. I also had a caesar, and Jack Astors always has the best!Can't wait to come back, as always!

Worst experience ever! we ordered a coke and it never came, we had to look for the server after 30 minutes. We also ordered a burger that never arrived after 1 hour waiting. I had to pay for just the drinks and was hungry. When I was paying, the thin white woman server (the one wearing glasses) picked the tip % for me! she said it was like that and I couldn't change it. She dit not even allow me to pick the tip I was leaving. it was on a Tuesday night to say they were busy, actually the place was kind of empty so I can't imagine when it gets busy. I Don't recommend this restaurant at all!

I just ordered off this place on Uber Eats!!! This is my first time trying Jack Astor’s, and it was packaged so well. It also tasted very pleasant! ? ? ? It’s rare to have a restaurant meet perfect quality for me but I’m so happy with my order. Thank you so much to the kitchen and front of house staff. Definitely see the hype about it now. Will be returning, xoxoKid-friendliness: The portion was amazinggggg for the kids meal

I recently went out for lunch with my girlfriend and we had a server in training named Matthew. He was very helpful with the menu when deciding what to eat. I ended up getting the Asiago bowtie with 3 chicken fingers on top. He made sure the food teacher the table in an appropriate amount of time and continually checked up on us.Thank you Matthew!
