I've been here twice. Both times I had lotus biscoff milk cake with Karak tea. The first time I was very happy; hence, going a second time. However, I found the milk cake not being fresh since both my friend and I felt very sick for several hours after having it.The tea is very delicious.

This was my first time going to this place. Went there with a group of friends and kids. The food was good and the presentation was nice as well. Tried sticky toffee pudding as it was the most recommended item on their menu, it was worth it. I highly recommend it. It is served warm making your experience worth awhile.We also tried their oreo and brownies sundae, ice creams and karak chai which were good nothing extraordinary. However, the lotus biscoff milk cake was not good, I do not recommend it at all. It was very sweet and flavourless.Another thing which disappointed me is their service. They bought us desserts and asked us to wait for spoons, which we got after reminding them. Similarly, with water when asked they gave us a bottle of water and said will bring glasses which didn’t come for another 5 minutes and we had to remind them to get us glasses. Not expecting such a service from a dessert place where normally people make your experience very delightful.

I went to Johnny custard with my wife during Ramadhan, and to be honest, it was just OK. The cookie skillet was smaller than we expected for the price we paid, and the chai was OK as well. We've had better. Servers were nice, which is why I rated it a little higher than I would otherwise. The interior was also packed so we were lucky to have gotten a space to sit.
Stopped at this place and we were very happy that we did. Loved the sticky toffee pudding with hot custard followed by kark chai. Wow. ? amazing.

This is not the first time i m visiting johnny custard. I m a regular customer but today i unfortunately encountered with a new employee. I ordered two scoops to go and she just did half filled scoop!! While giving the order i asked other this isnt two scoop she blundly said yes. I just got like 4 tbs spoon of ice cream for $6.5!! Very disappointing.
