This Jollibee offers a consistently enjoyable dining experience. The restaurant is always neat and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for customers. Their signature chicken is consistently cooked to perfection, with just the right temperature and consistency. The staff is a standout feature, always providing a friendly and warm welcome with a genuine smile.However, during weekends or holiday seasons, the place tends to get crowded due to its location in the mall, making dine-in experiences a bit hectic.Despite this, Jollibee is definitely worth a try, especially when enjoying a meal with friends and family.Vegetarian options: They have a few vegetarian options on their menu. Like their rice, fries, mashed potatoes, corn, and a couple items from the dessert menu.Parking: It’s the same lot as the Scarborough Town Center parking. Almost 3000 spots available.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and toddler high chairs are available but limited.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s located in the mall. Hence there is wheelchair accessible parking and store access.
This Jollibee is absolutely my fav fried chicken spot in Toronto! The food is always the best, recommend the spicy fried chicken, pineapple juice and palabok. Not to mention the staff is always nice and welcoming. I accidentally left my bag while having food, they kept it safe for me and waited for me to come back and take it. Truly wanna shout out to all the amazing staff in this store!
PERSONALLY it was ok for me. It's better than KFC , close to Popeye's.But the spicy chicken is somewhat better than the other two . The regular chicken is too bland in taste.Service is good, very clean .Price is fine for a food chain.
