First time to this location. Ordered the mango slush with popping mango boba. It was ready fairly quick. The place had a good number of seats and could see some people were setup there for a white (laptops, etc). Kids liked the drink, no complaints, will probably come back.Parking: Not many parking spots, as there are lots of a restaurants/businesses in a small area.

Ordered a cup without ice since I got a sore throat and it was -14C. Staff blend it with ice instead. Then received my cold drink in a hot cup because hot cup was smaller. 9$ a cup of tea but they didn’t want to add some more tea. They only want to sell junk stuff. Not worth my money. Regret always telling my friends I liked kungfu tea. Not any more

I dropped in during the evening after Christmas dinner with family.The service was very helpful and friendly. The vibe was eclectic and calm ?. The location was clean .The waffles were super delicious ? and the drinks ? are a notch above ⬆️ the myriad of bubble tea places you find out there.You know where to find this place. This location is pretty big, with lots of seating and a nice atmosphere. The bubble tea here was a bit underwhelming but maybe it could of just been the flavor I picked which was Rose milk tea. Service was lacking however as I had to wait awhile before being asked what I wanted. No greetings or apologies for the wait.

I ordered a grapefruit green tea with agar bubble and I found a piece of short hair in my drink which I have long dyed brown hair so it doesn’t make sense if it would be mine. So something is wrong and I am not satisfied with my drink now it was also like $7.5 plus tax or something like that. Not satisfied and will not go back?

Not a lot of people were dining in, but I definitely would have gotten down with the vibe of the place. My bubble tea was perfect, it was very quick, and the price was under nine dollars for a large overall everything was excellent. You can’t argue with this place.

Had some pretty bad customer service here the other day. The staff behind the counter didn't really care to solve any problems that arose. It almost felt like this employee was leaving the next day and won't be returning to work. What is sad is that this place is located in a prime location for drinks pick-up. Although, the drinks were pretty average, it was convenient due to it being right next to Steeles. However, after this kind of customer service, you will definitely not find me here anymore. There are plenty of other bubble tea or boba stores around. For $7 on average a drink, it is worth driving to the next shop especially when the drive is only about 1-2 mins away. Go to the Markham road KFT, if you enjoy their franchise, you won't be disappointed.

The service on the day I was here was just okay. The girl seemed impatient with me, and she didn’t get my order correct even when I repeated it after the first time.I wanted a Taro milk tea with pudding and cheese foam, but I only got a pearl milk tea with pudding. It may be my fault, maybe she didn’t hear me clearly and I should have double-checked the cash register screen before paying.It took a long time to get the drink, like 20 minutes, but there was only 2 people working so it isn’t a big deal. The tea itself was okay. The milk tea flavour was nice, even if it wasn’t what I wanted. Pudding texture is nice too. The only thing I don’t like is their boba. They put a wayyy too large portion of it (takes up half the drink…), and it is way too sweet, even when I request the drink to be least amount of sugar. The texture is also more gummy and sticky than a nice chewy one.I would still come to this location again, but maybe I need to speak more clear to make sure my order is correct next time. I also wouldn’t recommend the boba topping, but pudding topping is yummy.
