I never forget and have never been back since I once ordered the Big Mary Monday special. They put 2 tenders on a bun instead of the real thing. CHEAP!!! It was cold and probably leftover from the night before is my guess.

Avoid this location at all cost unless you want HUMAN HAIR in your food. The food handler even though is wearing a turban has hair was coming out from the side and beard is totally UNCOVERED. NOT WEARING hairnet/hair cover/beard net. THIS IS A HEALTH CONCERN TOO!! Report to CFIA.Never coming to this location. I WOULD NOT LIKE TO EAT HUMAN HAIR AGAIN!Yuck!!

I am coming to this store for the third time and their washroom is not being working for the past 4 months.I think don’t want people for dine in.Compared to other Mary browns,this store is the worst one.The customer service is very poor.

Had tried their poutine and chicken last year and stopped eating there for awhile …..last week my friend got some wedges and chicken from them …..which was awesome……Today went there for some chicken combo with wedges and popcorn chicken …….really mind blowing …..ate it all ?really awesome ? Thanks to the kind staff wearing turban he was really kind and friendly…..Sorry mentioning his head accessory as forgot to ask his name…..shoutout to him …..really kind worth mention❤️Thanks alot once again ….appreciate the food and kindness ?

First time ever trying Mary Browns and was a horrible experience. The gentlemen whom was at cash was on his phone i had to say service in order for him to realize there was 2 customers awaiting to be served. I spent over $50 & did not get 1 single napkin in my bag I asked for napkins and only recieved 2. Biscuit is awful I do not recommend it has a cinnamon flavor. I also asked to use the washroom and was told out of service come to realize reading the comments this is something normal. I got the spicy burger asked to tomato was inform theres a service charge i said no problem and recieved half a tomato lol. Spicy burger taste good but not a fan of the honey garlic wings. It's not a sauce it is a powder flavor they put on the chicken.
