Nastiest mucho burrito I’ve ever been too, they give small portions and will go down your throat if you ask for more. The manager raised his voice thinking or would intimidate me. I told them the place is nasty n under horrible management. I told them if your gonna give small portions like that at least make it enough before you jump down my throat about extra. Don’t eat here it’s not safe to eat old food that runs your belly. I didn’t even buy the food I went to a cleaner location with better serve problem solved but this location is beyond disgusting never will I go to a restaurant and see the food looks nasty n actually eat it starving or not planned or not. Go to a cleaner location like the Kingston rd one it is soooo much better and the food is freshly kept unlike this run belly franchise smh

First and last time to try mucho, i had a very bad experience. Not recommended.Better go with chipotle.I was craving for chipotle chicken bowl but they are far from me and mucho Burrito is near my house, so after reading bad and good reviews from this location i still went for it. I ordered online and pick up time was after 15mins so i went to pick up after 15mins, But my order still on que. Had to let them know my order so i waited another 15mins. Everything was still ok for me at that moment until i got home and excited for my dinner. So i started to mix the bowl and was wondering why i don't see any chicken slices. I called them and the owner just ask me to go back and they will add chicken..... i went back and ask for refund.The Owner and manager needs training.Why i ask for refund?1. No apology or anything to make up for their mistake.2. Their food is pricey and small portion.3. Food doesn't look fresh compared to chipotle4. The store stinks and dusty

Excellent and amazing service provided at this location. Went on a weekend night and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Had the full burioto bowl experience with shrimps and chicken - meat was very well cooked and fresh. Would highly recommend this place!

My experience at Mucho Burrito was wonderful. I got a very friendly welcome from Jass and his trainee right from the start. I ordered the Chicken Quesadilla & Nachos, Jass suggested I try burrito sauce with my nachos and it was an excellent suggestion thank you again ! I also tried the hot salsa for the first time by recommendation, I usually get medium salsa and I am very impressed with the quality of the hot salsa. This restaurant is very clean and the food is always delicious, if I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Great employees & excellent customer service guys !

I have loved Mucho since it came to the area years ago.The only problem I have is that I do not like peppers but I love onions. When I order in store I get funny looks for requesting no peppers from the staff and today I ordered through Uber and as usual I requested no peppers just onions. They put peppers in my burrito. As a restaurant can't they cook the onions and peppers separately? I know people who think the same thing. Ones who like peppers but now onions, ones who like onions and not peppers. If people want both it is easy to mix them together when building the burrito. Also what about people who have allergies to one or the other?

I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order through the phone and my sister went to pick it up. I told the person on the phone "extra burrito sauce" and she didn't put any burrito sauce. either the person was deff or she was f****** with me. horrible service never coming back again.

I had a veg bowl and soft Taco. It was amazing. I would go back again every weekend. Service was 2nd to none and place was clean. Wide variety of menu for everybody. Keep up your great work.

Worst customer service at this Mucho Burrito. The guy making my bowl is trying to screech the brown rice from thw botton of the bowl and when i ate my bowl those uncooked rice just spoiled all taste for my bowl. Never ever coming back here. Money waste spot.
