I was really looking forward to fish and chips. I bought 2 fish and 1 chips. It was 33.40. it was terrible and my aunt said it was rotten. Lesson learned, not to go back.

The most wonderful service I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The lady at the front remembered my full order after one visit and that’s not all. They were very nice, gave great suggestions and made me feel looked after. The food was also amazing and the halibut is delicious. The atmosphere is amazing I highly recommend giving it a try.

Cozy local restaurant serving generous portions of deliciously battered fish and chunky, pub-style chips for eat-in and takeout. My go-to order is the Haddock & Chips Platter, which pairs a beautiful fried haddock filet with a few battered shrimps and scallops. Add on a side of delicious brown gravy, maybe some onion rings, and you're all set. The shop has several booths and tables for dining in, but also serves up orders super quick - usually ten minutes or less - for takeaway. My Place Fish & Chips happens to be conveniently located for a stop along my commute, but I wouldn't hesitate to go out of my way for a fish dinner here.

It's been a few years since I've visited My Place fish and chips. I use to frequent once a week when mom was alive but when Covid hit everything changed. Anyways we had a fish fry craving and decided to again visit this restaurant. Happy to see the same owners are still present. Decor hasn't changed. We opted for the halibut and chips. Chips are still 'real' potatoes, halibut portion was decent (certainly larger than what is served across the street at Halibut House). Batter was thin and crispy. Overall a well cooked and enjoyable meal. Pricing has increased slightly but less than most of the other fish and chips places. Service friendly. Worth a visit when in the area.

A cosy little restaurant without much of the updates in terms of looks. The fish is done well with a thin and light batter almost like tempura. Good job to the chef. Service is lacking when you see servers on the phone and not refilling glass of water and oblivious to your needs for takeout boxes or bill. And the boxes are so small you could not put a fish in there. Haha

Good customer service. Fast and attentive staff, but they were speaking another language right in front of me, to each other, which made me feel uncomfortable. Place was busy and kinda noisy too.Food was not good, sorry. I can eat better food from the frozen foods in the grocery store.Overall, average experience.
