On April 27 at around 5 pm I came here and asked for the best vegetarian food available. What did I got? Halwa Poori and Chai. Now how did it felt? The Big Sized Poori felt like a small burki when you let it melt into your tongue. The Chole were made out of magical spices which reminds me of Rajouri Garden Delhi where I come from. April 11, 202, right now me and my friend just had lunch (dine-in). We ordered Beef Nihari and Lamb paya with fresh til naan's.Mr. Malik, the store Owner himself was very friendly & pleasent person. I'm so delighted to say that their Nihari was so Amazingly best (5 Star) + the 2 girls serving were very pleasant. The ambianc and service everything was perfect.Highly recommended everyone to try their Nihari. You can't go wrong.Located in Scarborough on main Markham Rd between Finch Ave and Steels Ave East. Best Halwa Puri in town.

There was a limited menu for Eid at dine in. However, despite this the wait time was nearly 1 hour. Even with such a long wait time and several people standing, they’re pushing out tons of take out orders and people sit at there tables without there food.Once we were seated it took another 30 mins to get the food. Two tables were seated in between this time and both tables got their food before us (even with a limited 4-5 item menu). The reason they gave was because they did it per people on table. However the other table was a group of 6 and we were 7. One extra person was the reason we waited even more?? Even with a limited menu? Just disappointing service overall.

Hey everyone, I recently had a really disappointing experience at . The wait time was incredibly long, with an hour just to get a table, and then an additional 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Even after speaking to the owner, the service didn't improve, which was quite frustrating. The lack of efficiency and poor customer service really put a damper on the overall dining experience. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback constructively and works on improving their service

Hi I had talk with the manager here..over the phone but he was trying to be a little rude to me he asked me about everything yes we are hiring and all interview questions and then when I started speaking he gets irritated it's not the way a manager..A manager needs to be very patient. A women needs some respect he cant just speak like that. Most importantly, he called me just for time pass i went there next day up on he telling me to come for work..and theres a different story there a new.girl.is there and the manager is not there. And also, if they already have other girls coming up then manager can say directly sorry we are not hiring. Very disappointing by the customer service I am not falling for.a.job.

Being in Canada for quite, I have not seen a food restaurant like Nirala. The food was amazing with lots of varieties , especially the nihari like back home. The manager Mr Malik was outstanding with his host and caring staff. We had amazing iftar buffet in 25/-$ with so many dishes.I would suggest everyone if they need quality food in reasonable price Nirala is the place.Again thank you for giving exact comfort and care.

Went for Iftar Buffet. Heating was not working and they had space heaters available so had to sit close to the counter. Appetizers were good, cholas, samosas and spring rolls. Dinner was ok with Nihari, Paneer masala, tandoori chicken, chola masala and rice. They seemed in a hurry at the end so we felt “rushed out” and the big miss for me was they did not have tea.
