When you are looking for fresh and tasty west Indian and Caribbean baked goods, this is the place. They made it easy for my last event. They are also the ones that supply many grocery chains and stores with West Indian style Rotis or Roti skins as some may call them. You can't get better in the city for the quality and the price that is hard to beat. Where else can you just walk into an pick up thirty freshly made Dhalpuri Roti skins without notice? I can't think of anywhere, only here. I am sure they can make your next family event easier on you. The only problem is when you get to their location you are sure to find many more things that you want to buy and taste. So remember to not go their hungry. That was my mistake last time. It was a mistake that I was happy that I made.Vegetarian options: Many baked goods.Parking: There is ample parking and wheelchair accessible parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp that allows ease of access right to their front door.

Stale food and cakes during the week. I was told they are fresh on weekends. No wholewheat items. I recommend Narine Bakery for fresh and wholewheat items.

Really good bakery for the West Indian community. Went to get some plait bread for Xmas. Called ahead and placed my order thinking they would be sold out. But they had catered to the Xmas crowd and stocked enough for walk ins. Picked up dal puri, Chinese cakes and pine tarts. The cakes were really good! Dal puri is good. The bread I found a little sweet but when roasted up like we do back home, it really reminded me of my childhood!

Something is wrong with their roti… not like before.

Love all their baked goods (especially the tennis rolls). Can sell out of things quickly, so it's best to call ahead and put in your order.

They completely cut down their dhalpuri size! Very small and not very tasty like before !!

Long standing Guyanese style bakery in Scarborough. Excellent pine tarts , plait bread , butter flaps etc… The small beef patties on the weekend is tasty . You you don’t have time to go to the factory on Ellesmere, you can can their products in your local grocery stores especially No Frills . Their prices are a good value for quality products . Family owned and operated .

Always love their tennis rolls and look forward to getting currant rolls from them too. The young man behind the counter was personable and friendly!

Picked up a pack of roti at No frills on Kennedy rd on Friday June 30 expired on the pack say Jul 6. Went to use it today July 1 and there is mold on the inside. NEVER AGAIN BUYING ANYTHING WITH THE NAME NORMAN SUE ON IT.

I traveled from Hamilton on Monday. Website did not state that certain products (e.g patties) were only available on weekends.Products that were available were stale and not tasty. Compared to stores in Orlando Florida which sold Guyanese products this was a huge disappointment

Go get your tennis rolls, butter flap, coco bread, dahl puri is hot and yummy. Dont forget the tamraind ball as it's made in house. The young man at the front counter was on point and very engaging and knowledgeable about all theproducts. He went above andbeyond. Thank you ,you made my day

Use to be the best but quality and inconsistency is a big problem with these guys. Black eye cake, coco bun tennis roll always taste different as if there is no recipe to follow. This weekend bought coco bun and of course tasted different. After eating my stomach felt strange. Wife also ate and felt tingling on her lips. Ended up throwing out. Sometime tennis roll is dense and doughy. Black-eye cake is mostly dry and full of air. Would not even touch their bread since it goes moldy in a day. I am usually selective when it comes to buying their products because of this reason but i think this will be it for me. Clearly something here has gone down the drain sadly.

Don't go on a Monday. The roti is hard and dry like day old!! I have been coming here for years and it's usually better than that.
