Dear Papa John's Warden and Lawrence team,I regret to say that my recent experience at your establishment fell short of expectations. From placing the order to receiving our pizza, the overall process was disappointing. You correctly took down the order - the correct toppings were on the receipt, but instead of my order of green peppers, you gave me ham. Having to cut the pizza at home due to service shortcomings only added to the frustration. After 28 minutes of calling, no one picked up until I reached the location and saw that the phone lines were free. In the entire store, there was only one guy. When I asked him why no one was answering the phone, he replied, "I'm just one guy, and I was making orders." He took 40 minutes minutes to get a plain cheese pizza while acting rudely and failing to offer an apology or express gratitude for the customers that waited.

We got pizza from her because they had a bogo deals on Uber eats that we couldn't resist.The food came pretty quickly and pizzas were nice and hot.Hawaiian pizza - the dough is not bad, I'd say it's got a decent chew and crisp compared to other pizza chains. Nothing amazing but still decently good. The toppings are pretty good quality and quantity in my opinion. The free garlic dipping sauce reminds me of garlic butter and the hot pepper on the side is pretty nice as a pickled and spicy bite.We tried the traditional pizza sauce which I think is quite good. The Alfredo sauce is heavier but lacks the tomato acidity for balance but still good. The bbq sauce adds a nice sweetness and light smoke to the pizza. The butter chicken sauce was my least favorite, it adds a bit of curry notes but doesn't really remind me of butter chicken.Price: Pretty good for what you get quality wise. I'd definitely rank it higher than some other pizza chains and would try again.

If I could give this place below 0 I.order a pizza from Papa Johns at Lawrence location it was for delivery when I got it we start eating I found a long black hair in it it discusseting my kids stop eating it I end it up throwing it....this place employees are rude and dirty Pls do it order from the....Im putting a picture to prove

ordered a XL pizza with butter chicken sauce, but received it with tomato sauce. couldn't eat it. ruined my 32$. felt really bad.and thanks to doordash delivery. entire toppings and cheese gathered at one side. had to manually put toppings on top and roll it and then eat!at least pick the call :(

Walked in and Asked if they have specials. He told us they have a 4 topping special. 14$We did 2 toppings whole pizza and then half and half the other 2 topping.Made the pizza and then told us it’s $25 because the half toppings are counted separately
