Ordered a pizza for my family and I for the first time ever from Papa John's. I got the food delivered as if it got thrown on the floor. The pizza I ordered wasn't even what I ordered. I asked for delivery but had to drive to the store myself because the food was so bad.The person working at the store last night at 1am named Shi made me so upset I'll never be buying Papa John's in my life and neither will my family.

This place is hit and miss. The last pizza I bought was literally dripping with sauce. I picked up my first slice and the cheese slid right off, no resistance. The whole dinner was a mess.Sometimes the pizza is good, sometimes fairly mediocre, lacking in toppings, maybe dry. It's never terrible though.

Compared to your standard franchise pizza store, the portions are on par, the amount of toppings seems more than others, and I must say they cook it very much the way I like it and never under- or over-cooked. We ordered a 4 topping large pizza and 10pc chipotle honey chicken. The sauce on the chicken was overflowing which totally ruined the product. The pizza lacked the topping very much. Each slice had literally 2 pieces of pineapple and mushroom each (considering a large pizza). First time ordering at this location and my experience was terrible due to the very less toppings.
