Had a jerk chicken sandwich, they were kind enough to make my request they sell ALLANS beef patties ( the best) so I purchased a patty and they stuffed their jerk chicken sandwich into my beef pattyCoco bunBeef pattyinside beef patty.. jerk chicken, coleslaw and plantain ☺️?No regrets it was delicious ?

Great jerk chicken at a very fair price. Had it for lunch takeout. It’s awesome to have a Carribean restaurant locally that serves a solid meal and tastes great! Definitely try this place out when you get a chance. Will 100% be going back for more.

Fast and friendly service, but the real deal (jerk chicken) seems to be dry after ordering it several times over a year. Good flavour, just try cooking it a little less! I can tell the meat is good quality. It’s just noticeably over cooked in the sense half the chicken on the order will be eaten with the thought of ‘wow this is dry’ rather than ‘wow this is great flavour!’At second thought: maybe a significant part of the issue is how long ago the chicken is cooked and stored before serving. Now that I had this thought, if this truly is the issue, it could be days sitting in a fridge before it’s served. This is a much bigger issue.

The food was excellent!! I boufht tow dishes. I had the Acker and salt fish and my goodess My family makes it well and this surpass my expectations. Oxtail will be next but just looking and smelling it I know it will also be an great tasting dish! I want more. Haha. You have to taste Every single dish in the list! We need a location in Durham soon.

only tried their patties and can honestly say they’re great!I took a star off due to not being as flakey and crisp on the outside.it’s very soft and well seasoned, I would say they could go a bit heavier on the filling as these do have a patty to filling ratio of about 80/20 whereas patties could be atleast 60/40 for substantiating but for 2.50 you can’t beat the fresh patties you get from here!I cant wait to try more food!

Let’s start with OMGGGGGG! So I discovered this gem yesterday on search for a meal I could eat and enjoy as a Vegan/Vegetarian. I walked in and was greeted by a beautiful Queen. (Unlike most Jamaican restaurants! Sadly it’s a thing). I was hesitant to ask for veggie because most Jamaican restaurants only have steamed cabbage and carrots but when I asked she said we have steamed veg but we have broccoli, cauliflower, okra, carrots, pumpkin, and mixed it with callaloo, green banana and plantains on the side. Yooooooo I almost crashed on first bite! And it was enough for me to eat twice! And most of all it’s fresh!!!! And after talking with the owner I recommend this place for the people and the foooood! Just yummy Yummmmm! Can’t wait to go back! I found my spot!!!!!Vegetarian options: Great food that will fill you give you a complete meal
