For years I have gone out of my way to be a customer of this franchise- and since I visit sometimes 7-8 times per month sometimes for a full pie and sometimes just for a slice. Tonight I was told that they would no longer allow me to add anchovies to my slices. I guess they do t want the business anymore. Over the past several years I would say I have done this same order 100 times. We'll take your pizza and shove it pizza Nova cause you are not the only game in town. Never going back to this location maybe just leave pizza Nova completely.

I and my friend went there for see if they are hiring or if there is any vacany. There were 2 people. One of them was young and he was really nice helping us with our enquiry and he gave us pen and paper to write down our number so that he can pass to the manager and the other person (he was elder) he was so rude and aggressive, he took the pen and paper from us so aggressively and ask us to leave the store. This was the first time something like that happened to us. He was completely illbehaved, why pizza nova are hiring these people? I will never ever go in that store.I really want to manager to contact us.

I don't think I've had a worse experience at a pizza place before.The owner/manager is a misogynist to an extreme, not to mention rude and degrading. I had a coupon from Pizza Nova, and when I reached out to give it to him, he didn't even look at it and just said "no". I proceeded to ask him why he was not accepting and he just kept waving me off and saying that if I had a problem, to talk to head office. I continued to ask him to give me a reason, and his reply? "calm down!" I mean, I'm trying to figure out why you're not accepting my completely valid coupon and you're telling me to calm down? The whole conversation gave me the creeps.BEST PART was that I saw a mouse/rat run across the floor in the back! I was actually glad then that he refused me and left.I would LOVE to see the health department shut these guys down.Feel bad for the employees though, they seemed polite.

4.0 / 5.0 is fair for this location. Food was made to order, but this isn’t the best run Pizza Nova I’ve been to. For me, service was polite, efficient. Pizza was exactly what I asked for. Price was reasonable.The crust/undercarriage never gets a nice crunch, even when I order well done (which is always). But the sauce is tasty. It’s once of the better options for chain pizza in this province.
NASTY PLACE!!! WOULD GIVE 0 STAR IF POSSIBLEMy son on Sunday said he wanted a slice so we went there to grab one. While the person putting our slice in the oven I saw a big fly on the pizza sitting next to the one we were going to get ours from. I told him about the fly and he said "I cannot do anything about it, fly come and go everytime" ... He DID NOT even try to push the fly away or get it off the pizza which surprise us the most.If your attitude is like this then I am scared to know what's going on in the back..At this point I told him leave it I won't get the slice anymore and he said thats fine and took the slice from the oven and put it back in the pile ..with the flies still there.As a parent I am not playing with my son's health so if you want to have health issue for you or families eat there at your own risk. I usually order pizza there almost every week but now I'm done. I should have taken pictures.
