Worst pizza pizza the stuff crust is deflated, half of it has no chesse in it. The guy put italian blend on it and the manager claims its pizza pizza policy to use it on stuffed crust and to call customer service if i had an issue. So i did they said thats not a policy and there should be no Italian blend on it since i never ordered that so he lied. Honestly stay away from this place if you want a nice looking pizza go to the other locations that actually care because this one does not.

The guys don't wear gloves and when I mentioned that they said it's not ok to wear gloves while preparing pizza, because sometimes peaces of gloves fall inside the pizza! Does that make sense? They also said that I can check all the other locations all are doing the same thing.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Cashier messed up our order and didn’t know what he was doing. Owner claimed he was new and didn’t apologize for wasting our time. Made us wait an extra 20 minutes to remake the correct border. Proceeded to charge us more than originally paid and tells us not to give him a hard time??

Haven't recieved my pizza yet so can't comment on the quality, but made an online order along with my room mate and received the confirmation for both of the orders via our e-mails. I then had an employee call me 10 minutes later repeating my order to then put me on hold then repeat the second order (which I couldn't understand due to the heavy accent) and said it hasn't been confirmed yet. I purposely order online because your able to make sure there's no confusion, especially with language barriers. Quite frustrated with today's experience as I order this way from the same location atleast once a week and have never had my time wasted like today. I can understand calling to confirm there is 2 orders going to the same address but wasting my time repeating what I had ordered via the app and putting me on hold and trying to say the order isn't confirmed until the call is done. I don't know if their busy and trying to buy time so the pizza's would be within a hour of their call but I'm quite frustrated with today's experience hopefully this will be corrected for future orders.

Person at the counter refused to give me what I ordered on a pick up order saying that I didn't order it. The items were right there on the receipt in front of him and I even showed him the pick up note from the online order. Unprofessional and a joke. Will not order from here

Hahahaa, after over a decade of me telling you guys to get stuffed crust you finally listen now? Why is head office is so late on trends, that they just started cheese crust in 2023. Other local brands have had this for years, but the "#1 pizza in Ontario" just now got this in 2023? How sad is that you guys used to be the place other pizza restaraunts copied, but it looks you guys are following other pizza trends now....sad.

Very rude customer service, the guy who took my order had an attitude. My order too over 30 minutes. Overall not a nice place to visit if you don’t want ur day ruined. I personally work in a fast food restaurant and I was shocked by the service they gave here. They asked me my order by saying “what do you want?”

Let me start by saying this is my go to pizza place, Ive been going here since I was a kid for my school lunches, but tonight I was thoroughly unimpressed.I love the new stuffed crust pizza its delicious and I went to get my new regular order of a large 3 topping pizza with stuffed crust special that comes with 3 drinks.However the staff that assisted me today couldn't understand that in the machine, or more less didn't think it was possible to input that into the register.(This employee has worked here at least a year)So instead of getting the deal he charged me for just the pizza which was about $5 more expensive and didn't come with the 3 drinks. (Less stuff, more cost?)Then when I tried to dispute it another worker came over and showed him how to do it properly in the system, but still told me there was nothing they could do and its something for next time now that he knows.You would think maybe refunding me at the price I paid, then charging me the price I should have paid would have been possible and make sense, but instead he just said there's nothing he can do but next time. Yeah I don't know if I want there to be a next time haha.Pizza was still delicious just the service was awful
