I had a rather disheartening experience at your establishment last Friday night. My friends and I arrived at approximately 12:30 am, hoping to dine in. However, we were informed by the server that dine-in service was not available at that hour. When we inquired further, the server explained that he had already completed the cleaning process and was unwilling to do so again for new customers.Surprised by this response, we decided to contact Pizza Pizza's office for clarification. To our dismay, we were informed that there should have been no refusal of dine-in service, as the store operates until 3 am. This inconsistency in policy and practice was frustrating and inconvenient for us as customers.Regrettably, we chose to seek service elsewhere that evening, and it's unlikely that we will patronize your establishment in the future. I sincerely hope that both the store owner and Pizza Pizza's head office will address and rectify these timing discrepancies to prevent such challenging experiences for customers in the future.

My recent encounter at Pizza Pizza left me utterly frustrated. I ventured in at 1 am expecting to enjoy a late-night meal as the establishment supposedly closes at 3 am. To my dismay, the cashier callously refused my request to dine in, insisting he had to clean.This excuse seemed preposterous, given the advertised closing time and the fact that it was only 1 am. I felt genuinely disappointed by the cashier's lack of hospitality and adherence to nonsensical rules. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would caution others to reconsider patronizing Pizza Pizza based on such abysmal customer service.I am writing this review at outside of the pizza pizza. Very very disappointing and disrespectful. Unethically run business.
