Whenever I crave for pizza. I order from Popular Pizza. Great pizza, terrible customer service team at call center. the call center supervisor is so busy doing nothing that they cannot talk to the customer about their issue. the team will talk rude and will raise their voice for no reason if you ask them to transfer the call to a supervisor.no concern with the in store employees at this location, they are good and helpful.
The pizza was great, but they misplaced the order. When I called after waiting for 50 minutes, the only solution they offered was to replace the order, and I would have to wait again. There was no value for the customer's time.

One of the yummiest desi pizza you can have in Canada. I don’t think I had something like that when I was in India too. These guys have totally changed the pizza game. Love their shahi paneer and tandoori chicken one.

Writing a review for the horrible customer service of the call centre!!! Very rude staff, don’t understand customer service at all. Pizza is good but a very frustrating experience if it takes 2 hours to get the pizza right! Just don’t bother with this chain, very focused on profits!

Hope I could give them 0 . I ordered potato wedges in uber order and they gave me Burn wedges . I am pregnant and it made me more sick . Please respect our health if you’re getting minimum pay then this not our issue .
