First time at a Royaltea and I have to say, the Brûlée Bobo is seriously amazing!!! I want to try other things as the whole menu looks really good, but I will definitely be going back for more brûlée. The atmosphere here is very warm and cozy, ambient lighting, lots of seating, and the drinks were made quickly.

This place is really nice and I like the atmosphere. However the quality of the milk tea was very watered down. I had ordered bubble tea, in the cute bear glass cups, the glass cups were very cute, however the bubble tea didn’t hit the same as other tea shops around there. I was very disappointed. I had came here before when it first opened up and I remember the bubble tea was really good. I was surprised that the quality of the drinks had gone down. Especially because there is a lot of competition in that area I thought they would only make the drinks even better.

In mid-August, Royaltea and Fantuan had an offer. If you spent $15 on Royaltea items on Fantuan and got your order delivered, you'd get a free glass bear with a carrying strap. I wanted the glass bear. I went ahead and did my first Fantuan delivery order.I got the following items:- Hand-crushed lemon iced green tea with strawberry pearls- Hand-crushed lychee lemon fusion- Choco Oreo slush with milk capI qualified for the free glass bear. Yay!My Fantuan delivery didn't take long. This store is probably a good ten minutes away from my home. The Fantuan driver called me. She asked if it was okay to leave my order in front of my door. I was fine with it.The problem was that she left it on the top step. When I went to open the door, the bag would definitely fall down the stairs. It was not the smartest move on her part. It took me a minute to shimmy the bag over to the left, so I could swing the door open without causing a mess without even looking at my order.Mess averted. I brought my bag into the kitchen.My glass bear was beautiful. It was solid, practical, and pretty. I loved it.I had the choco Oreo slush first. OMG! I wasn't expecting to love this slush as much as I did. I am normally a fruity beverage lover. This slush tasted like a light milkshake, but with lots of Oreo flavour and creaminess. Excellent!I loved my hand-crushed lemon iced green tea with strawberry pearls. The cup was long and tall, so it can be easy for it to topple over if you aren't careful with it. The lemon was tart. The green tea was subtle, but brewed perfectly. The strawberry pearls provided a nice chewy, flavour contrast to the tea itself. I would get this drink again.The hand-crushed lychee lemon fusion tea was equally as refreshing and yummy. The natural sweetness of the lychee with the lemon was so good. It oddly had lime in it, but it was still yummy if you're a citrus lover like me. Yum!I had a great experience enjoying my drinks from this Royaltea. Other than the horrible placement of my order in front of my door, I'd return for more beverages. I'll do pickup next time, unless there's another deal that requires delivery.(376)

The most bland slush I have ever had. Not worth the price.
Like the seats and the cream foam drinks. However the cashier lady can speak better english and have better attitude. Didn't seem very nice. Maybe it is a family franchise.

The honeydew slush with mousse and tapioca WAS SOO GOOD. Its now my new favourite go to bubble tea place!!Another bonus is the staff are very nice, they were honest when it comes to wait times for the bubble waffle, which I appreciate. They also try greet every customers that walk in .size in photo is XL10/10 would recommend

I’ve tried a number of drinks from this location and quality is consistently good. Milk tea has good tea flavour and fruit slush is nice. Comfortable seating and clean space. Friendly staff.

Amazing flavour. I had the matcha latte. Striking flavour of the matcha latte tasting so good. To top it off the mousse or crème at the end was like a cherry on the top of a perfectly balanced ice cream. The location is great with lot of space within. There is a lot of options if you would like to consume from a differently constructed container namely a bear shape or a bulb. I’ll be sure to come again for another round to try other options.
