Amazing food and very friendly service! We had the chicken biryani, samosas and chicken kothu. All were amazing and the family loved it , will definitely be coming back!!!:)

What is wrong with these people. One hangs up the phone and the other screaming profanity. They’ll never give you a name. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Worst customer service for a family restaurant.Kid-friendliness: I would not take your children there. They are extremely rude once you raise concerns about food quality.

Customer service at Ruth's is horrible. I ordered and paid for a large takeout on Dec. 22/23 for pick up the next day. On the day of pick up, they could not find the order. The Owner searched for the order and found it taped to the cash register. The order was not filled, the food was not ready, they filled some of the order with food that has been sitting on the counter all day and part of the order (i.e. 30 vegetable samosa) could not be filled. I've order 5 times from Ruth's and 3 times the order was messed up. I am in favor of supporting our local businesses but this is the last straw and I don't recommend anyone placing any large or prepaid orders with them. They apologized but it was not sincere.
