I got to the other end of town to realize they had given me the wrong sandwich. I called them and they asked what the sandwich was and I told them. The employee told me I could keep the one they gave me by mistake and they would make me the correct so I drove back down there to pick it up. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes and when it was finally my turn they told they hadn't even made it yet. I understand being busy and making mistakes but at least attempt to make it right, which they did not even try to do. They were not friendly and did not even care. Even after waiting again for them to make it they still did not even get my sandwich right and it's a pretty simple sandwich to make.
