Drive thru experience was horrible. Ordered a drink that was literally on the menu, made zero personal preference alterations to it, was asked for confirmation 3 times, and the drink still came through wrong. When asked if this was the drink i requested, I responded with, “No, but its okay.” To which the lady rolled her eyes and closed the window. Not sure if this is how its done in India, but Canadas changed since we’ve decided to import.Disappointed.

Customer Service must’ve went out the drive-thru window. I’ve been here multiple times and being acknowledged and appreciated is scarce. Clearly management does not care about customer service; otherwise the employees would bleed a positive attitude towards the customers who serve them their part-time lively hood. And on a side note, the accessible button doesn’t serve its purpose…it doesn’t work. I hope this helps, all.

This needs to be dealt with. I did not order from them however I am an Uber Eats driver and I was picking up. Today, a worker was preparing the mobile orders. They had a lot going on as they were busy in store, at the drive thru and the mobile orders. The worker was very nice to me and told me it would be a few minutes. Then 2 minutes later as she was preparing my order, another worker, a man with tattoos on his arm, a white man, I’m not sure of his name, came and told her “don’t worry about the online orders, the drivers will have to wait.” Now this really made me upset. As an Uber eats driver, we get our per delivery, not by hour. So the fact that he told her not to worry and that the drivers will have to wait is pretty disgusting to me. They may be working a sort and and hourly so they can take all the time in the world, but as an Uber eats driver, we would like to be as fast and efficient as possible to get more orders. She was mid way thru my order and then left it. I waited another five minutes and then left. I got offered to pickup more from them but I declined. As I would like to say, if you are busy and cannot keep up, turn off your Uber services. Your messing with some people’s income. Thanks. I would like his behaviour to be disciplined and I would also like his name.

Um... I just ordered through uber, I requested and paid for chocolate covered almonds but just got salted ones with no chocolate on them. What's worse is that the Madelines I ordered came with a sticker on the back indicating that it must be discarded by March 14. Today is March 19. ? I want my money back.

Drive thru and parking lot is small and poorly designed. Thats no fault of the store but it’s something to consider during busy times

Seriously? Look at this mess.. is this how you guys send the cups out? This is a $15 cup of coffee and this is what I get??? This is unacceptable and barbarically disgusting. To top it off, this is the second time I made this order. The got the first one completely wrong!! As a customer, it does not feel good eating time and money on a business that can’t get the basic right! My 2 year old daughter can make a better cup of coffee than this…

I came to this Starbucks just to get some work done, and I went to sit before my drink was ready. I will say that the seating is all hard chairs and no booth seating, if that's important to anyone. I completely missed them calling my drink, and forgot about it for about 30 minutes while I worked. When I went to pick it up, the barista asked if I wanted a new one since it was probably cold, which was so kind of them to offer, even though it was my mistake. I didn't take them up on it, but I thought it was above and beyond. They weren't wearing a name tag, but what lovely service!Parking: Open lot in a plaza with other business

Thumbs down to the barista guy at this location. I've been third time stupid to go back for a Chai late. All what you get is a big cup os WATER. He is slopy and needs training or he is trying to save in a product for which we pay so much. Shackles!!! Back to Tim Hortons.
