I went through the drive thru yesterday & had trouble ordering a co workers drink as I was a reading a text message. The employee had no patience & kept interrupting me while I was speaking. He eventually passed me along to another co worker & it was fine. I proceed to order my own drink & my drink was a short size in a venti cup. I come here all the time & ask for the same drink & has never happened before where I got a venti drink that was not even half full? The darker skinned(East Indian) short girl that took my payment at the window rolled her eyes when I told her I never received a drink like this before & that I needed more foam since I ordered extra foam with light ice. I also mentioned I didn’t mind paying for extra foam either. She proceed to tell me I asked for super light ice. I asked for light ice drink in a venti cup with extra extra foam. My drink came out quarter full or not even.Worst experience ever & the attitude / customer service was even worst. I did not argue or fight with the employees, I try to laugh it off & be nice but clearly they need work on their customer service skills or should not be working at a Starbucks. Won’t be back at this location

I just went in to use the bathroom but also purchased a cheese Danish square. The bathroom was spotless, the service was wonderful, and the Danish was tasty.

Staff needs more training on menu items. Lot's of confusion over making a basic syrup and steamed milk drink. The bathroom also needs to be checked more frequently.

The washroom was disgusting. If the washrooms are kept so poorly, I wonder if the food they serve is handled properly at this location.

Food and drinks are usually prepared in a timely manner and consistently taste the same. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.The atmosphere is only OKAY. Over the years, it seems the volume of their speaker system has increased. So when playing pop music, it's especially loud and distracting when you've come here to read or study. While it is big, they could definitely add more seating and outlets (if allowed).I'm especially disappointed when I visited this location on December 5, while they had renovated the women's washroom. No heads up from the staff when cashing out. I was here for 5 hours and did not see one staff make a round to clean the Men's washroom (coverted to all gender use). Considering the high traffic and customer's using ONE stall (urinal out of service), you'd think the staff would increase their housekeeping rounds. The construction work is loud (no surprise there), but going the extra mile to apologize to patrons, even offer free sampling, to make up for the inconvenience would have been appreciated.

I just want to leave a great review for (and i’m so sorry if I butcher the spelling) Shanay, again sorry if that’s spelt wrong, but she was the best, and surprisingly there was no line in the drive thru and we were able to have chat for a bit and she was honestly THE BEST! Kudos to Starbucks Kennedy & Lawrence for hiring her!
