One of my favourite Starbucks locations! Staff here is so friendly and service is very quick. My drink is always made right and tastes delicious, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and cozy.

I went to collect an orfer for delivery and after waiting like 30 mins still did not get my order. They kept on serving counter oder and mobile orders. if they can not deliver order they should not have accepted it at first place. worst starbucks i have been to. I thought they had better customer service

This is typically my go-to spot; however, after today, I'm done with this location for sure. Purchased a cappuccino on my lunch hour. Got home to pour it into my mug only to realize there was hair and specs of dirt inside. Extremely disappointed with this. Customers shouldn't have to check their drinks for cleanliness. Really concerns me as to how much of this goes unnoticed for those who don't lift the lids. Unacceptable.

I was served by John, he was phenomenal!!! It goes to show what good service looks like. John really knew the menu, walked me through the new drinks and personally recommend his favourite. He asked me questions on some of my favourites to get the best idea of something I’d want. He spoke to me with respect, happiness and he was overall such a pleasant human being. His peers were just as friendly and happy. I’d definitely recommend going here to see John!
