We visited here for a usual drink. They make it wrong the first time. I understand its ok for a busy restaurant but it was not even busy. So they remake it nd again it was made wrong. I ask fr pink drink with heavy cream n matcha foam no ice( 2nd time remake and foam was not even on there) and then they were like come inside its taking too long to make the drink . There was just one car behind us. And if its taking too long, then its not my fault that u guys were making the drink wrong twice . They were all talking n giggling instead of listening to instructions properly. I hv to force myself to go inside . After waiting 10-15 min in line and then hv to go inside. There manager has to work on there work ethics and they need to focus on making drinks right.

I don’t usually review places but our experience at this place is so bad and frustrating, I had toCashier is a short asian guy who clearly hates working there.We ordered (a single drink) and waited but our order never came even though there are no customers ordering before or after us, except the 2 cars on their drive thru, and a single customer who went in around 10 mins after we ordered.If I didn’t come back and ask the other staff (the cashier went for his break after taking our order, and sat on the table literally next to us) about our order and they were clueless and apparently our order did not went through even though we paid and showed the bank notification on my phone.My order wasn’t cancelled. They said there’s a problem with their system.But the customer who ordered after us got her drink right away.They had to ask me 3 times because apparently my order suddenly appeared on their system.Good thing I was standing right in front of the station where they are making drinks and immediately notice that they’re making matcha latte (I ordered oat latte!) and keep insisting that accdg to the screen or whatever they’re referring to, I ordered matcha latte, not oat latte.???What a freaking nightmare for a single drink.

Ordered through Uber, waited in a long queue but they cancelled it. They said they're running behind. Very inconsiderate. They should atleast finish the order that has already been accepted.

I went through the drive thru and ordered an iced caramel latte and the guy repeated it and still gave me the wrong drink. When we asked him to remake it he made us an iced latte with no caramel. He also tried to use our points when we said no 4 times.

Kudos to Marco for being attentive and fast. Came to visit Milner at Mccowan 401 on Saturday, February 3 around 3pm it was busy and Marco’s the only staff who asked if we’re still waiting for our drinks despite being busy making drinks. Thank you for your wonderful customer service. Drink was amazing too.
