Shoutout to Labib, the rockstar barista at my go-to Starbucks! I'm a regular there, especially when I need to wrap up work late at night. I can't thank him enough for being so reliable! I left my laptop one evening and he secured it for me. We never forgot each other since then. I truly appreciate him! The rest of the crew—they're all super friendly, Major love for this Starbucks spot!

Really sweet baristas! This is our go to Starbucks for both dining and take aways! Clean and welcoming.Wish Starbucks had some vegan options apart from bagels but glad there are so many oat based coffees and every coffee can be made vegan! Even hot chocolate!

I purchased a gift card and it didn't accept as per cashier 2 times. 3rd time, I debted and added a tip went through. I feel because I didn't tip, cashier cancelled transaction until he got his tip ?

Such an insane experience, went with my friend. The black guy working Dec 30 around 4:30 pm at cash counter being so racist and lack courtesy skills . Without asking and greeting he simply started using facial expressions indicating me to move on . Furthermore I order the same food back to back two days . Suddenly after consuming caramel machiato and cheese and Tomato sandwich, I started feeling Tipsy . Seems like definitely some alcoholic or unwanted substance like Canabis is used while it’s making . Observed this for two days and result was the same .These people should understand if Black Lives Matter than all other lives also matter.These morons should firstly understand customer service and courtesy . But when it comes to them they start playing as victim cards but never do justice when they are at fault.Just hate this man on Starbucks.

The drive thru tends to open behind schedule. Not a huge issue, but when combined with the panhandle routine at the window it sours the experience that Starbucks has spent decades cultivating. I have to choose between tim hortons or pressure to tip on a $3 purchase.
NO WIFI! This Starbucks continuously does not have wifi! The baristas seemed very annoyed when I asked for help to sign in. If you are trying to sit down and work go somewhere else.The staff seemed over worked, there was no customer connection. Cafe looks dirty.

I recently visited this Starbucks on a long weekend, and it was a disappointing experience. The drinks were subpar, the service left much to be desired, and the place was quite messy. I'm not sure how this location manages to stay afloat.

Starbucks is not my fav coffee place, it's getting too expensive and the drive thru takes forever at this location. The drive thru is not set up good, jams up the parking lot, and you can only enter the lane from one side of the lot. Very awkward.And I have a question - Starbucks, can you make the vanilla bean scone any smaller? We notice, you know.
