The male staff was rude. Ordered lavender cold cream matcha latte, first time the matcha powder wasn’t dissolved, all grainy so I asked them to remake. The barista’s excuse was it’s supposed to be like that. Second time they gave the drink like in the picture. without lavender, and the cream was over whipped. Asked for light ice but 90% of the cup was ice.Also this location never makes the lavender cold cream right. There is absolutely no lavender taste at all, even the cream was purely white.My friend ordered a hot mocha and it also tasted super weird.

Today we went through the drive thru, the experience from start to finish was incredible. TJ reminds me of how customer service used to be, and how it should be!! He was friendly and energetic, inviting and interesting. This guy loves his job, and loves the customer experience! Can we clone him????

I waited for 15 minutes for a latte and then they said that my order is taken by somebody else and they never called me. They also didn't write the name of order on it. Rude behavior from staff.
