The worst customer service I have ever meet with.I was not feeling well, my nose was running, due to cold. And I asked the lady for a couple of tissue to clean up but the lady refused to give me. And said we only give to the customers. I have been there like 3-4 times as customer and now she is saying this. Unbelievable!!!!!If there would have been an option for minus rating I would have given that.If you are looking for good service, I would recommend you not to visit this place.

It was worst experience at this location i always eat 6 inch nd its very fresh but there bread was not gud when i returned back to them tge lady argued and did not responded well never visit this location its not worth spending here and she was so arrogant and told me do whatever you want to do do it i asked her to change she told it cannot be that but the girl who prepared my meal was very polite in behaviour and this lady dealt with the situation had a worst experience with subway.

I was at the location by Kennedy and Lawrence last night at 10:30 pm( they close at 11) and I ordered a footlong veggie for my wife...as the lady was preparing the food, I was trying to decide what I wanted, after about 2 minutes and the first sandwich not even being completed, the lady working told me to hurry up with my other order. I was shocked and thought she was joking...but she wasn't...she said I need to hurry up with my order as if I was keeping her from finishing. This type of rude, ignorant customer service is becoming way to Normal and it makes me sick even thinking about it. I wasn't in there 5 minutes before closing, and I was being very pleasant but this interaction completely ruined my day. She was rude and didn't care at all about what she said. It was unprofessional and I really didn't even want to buy the first sub at that point but I did because my wife was hungry. I just don't understand what is happening anymore with customer service. She acted as if I was keeping her from closing and it was my fault that I didn't have my order ready immediately. I will never go back there and I truly hope they go out of business because they shouldn't be able to treat customers this way and still operate a franchise. They need better training and some sort of common courtesy. It was truly a horrible experience and completely ruined my day. She should be ashamed of herself and removed from any position that allows her to interact with customers. It's a real shame that this is accepted these days but the way she made me feel was absolutely horrible and I did not deserve that. Also I didn't end up getting anything for myself so she also lost the business additional money. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone and I'd even go as far as telling people about my experience just to defer others to go there as well! And $4 extra for some guacamole is ridiculous

GO TO ANOTHER SUBWAY LOCATION. THIS IS A Horrible Subway. The ladies washroom was locked so was told to use the men's washroom which was absolutely filthy. Why run a restaurant if your washroom facilities are filthy? This is how germs spread. Furthermore, the grill to grill sandwiches hasn't been working for months. Should have been fixed or replaced by now. Worst subway but they have a good location so that's why they are probably still in business.

The clerk seems to have been directed by her Manager to not allow certain subs to be a part of the 2 can dine for $14.99. I was told my build your own turkey sub was not allowed even though it is within that area of the menu. She refused to give me 4 cookies and did not know how to ring through the $14.99 coupon and tried to charge me $19 something. It should have only been $16.94. I asked for my money back and she initially refused. I got my money back finally and left with no sub and then proceeded West and got exactly what the coupon says at the subway at Lawrence Ave East and Curley Drive. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Staff and management need to know what their coupons allow and get on board here!!! Unacceptable!!!

Last night I went to this store and the person working at the store was not at all willing to serve customers and on the other hand, she had long nails and no hair net while preparing the food. I would want to give 0 stars for the service and the untidy person at the store if possible.
