HK cafe lets go! Pretty busy even during afternoon tea time. Service was fast and food also came pretty fast. Ham and cheese macaroni - Cant go wrong with the cream sauce and cheese baked. Macaroni was cooked just right, sauce was creamy and savoury, good ratio between sauce and carbs.

Great good - pretty consistent from what we remember from 10 years ago. Recommend the eggplant dish - tangy and tasty.

It's a small restaurant. Food is fine. Like most chinese restaurants in Markham, service is, well, friendly and quick, that's if you speak Chinese. I saw other ethics eating there, we all seems happy with the food. Prices are reasonable.

Went for afternoon tea and got their hk style toast with peanut butter, as well as their beef brisket wonton (with rice noodle). Their hk style milk tea is tasty. Can definitely taste the tea. Overall, it's okay. The hk style toast is well presented with lots of butter. Not crispy and takes a while to hit the pb, but overall hits the spot. The beef brisket with (shrimp) wonton is good, but there's only 3 pieces of brisket and two pieces of wonton. Lots of noodles if you're still hungry. The soup is flavourful. Standard fare. Would get again if I was craving this type of dish Also got their almond drink (for 60 cents more). Looks like the other powder drink options. Fun to try, but wouldn't get again. Service is good. They walked by often, even though we were in the corner seat out of the way and out of sight. Restaurant is pretty clean looking and not beat up.

The attitude and service were so bad. I asked my sister to write down the dishes and place an order, but no one paid attention. The pork chop I had last time was hard. I asked if it could be cooked softer. Then the woman with glasses and short hair started to have an attitude and co-operated with another woman. He told me angrily, "No, it can't be done" and "We can't do it." Okay, there's no problem if you can't do it, but at least you should have a better attitude when talking to the guests. It's not very busy at the time, so you won't be patient? ! ! ! I also work in the service industry. If I'm busy, I might get angry, but the main thing is that I'm not busy! So do you! ! ! I'm here to eat, not to be insulted! ! ! Never again.

The a la carte order does not come with soup, but the set meal comes with soup and hot drinks. Iced lemon tea is +1.25, and the portion is huge.

I think they may have changed the owner or the cook. It used to my fav place for last 10 yrs+. I love their beef ribs with black pepper sauce, and I still ordered takeout from time to time even though I moved away. However, I was disappointed by the last two orders of takeout. We ordered the beef ribs with black pepper sauce and baked pork chop on rice. There was a big portion of fat on both dishes, which it didn't happen in the past. I was mostly disappointed by their beef ribs. It used to be soft and tender. I would say it's one of the best ones out there (used to be). However, it's hard and dry last two times. Somehow, the texture reminded me of bbq pork...I may not go back in the near future.

Heard good things about their spinach cream cream and chicken bake rice, so decided to give it a shot. It was pretty disappointed actually, the chicken tasted hard and nothing special. My friends dish is nothing special too. And coffee+tea mix drink is completely tasteless, my friend can’t even finish it. The dining area is unusually tight and narrow. Will not return again.

Gold Medal Baked Pork Chop Rice ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ (The rice is still loose and fluffy. The consistency and amount of tomato sauce are just right, not too watery or too dry. I ordered the special pork chop rice, which was not very impressive. Normally 12.5 is a good price
