Tried the crunchy tiramisu and it was amazing. Felt like I was drinking an actual tiramisu. I didn't like the tapioca in it that much but the crunchy texture was great. I normally stick to trio or royal number 9 but I'm glad I branched out. I have a new favourite

Another chain bubble tea shop. The drinks are just ok. I had a no sugar Passionfruit Green Tea, but it is still too sweet. Deerioca Fever and Royal No 9 Milk Tea are just normal but too sweet. My daughters feel they just drunk sugar water.Service is ok, and the deco is as good as other Alley shops.

Very fast and efficient service. Right now on their new app every 9th of the month they are doing half price off their royal no.9 series! I got the royal no.9 tea latte and it was delicious as always and the tapioca was cooked well.

The crunchy chocolate tea and derrioca puffs are to my to go bbt and will always order it. Great drinks however I don’t really understand why their sugar and ice level are fixed for other drinks. A little alteration on the drink won’t hurt so I don’t know why they’re strict about it. I have so much questions about their logic.They don’t cater for people with ice sensitivity, allergy, or diabetes.
I like the tree. We ordered the “Sea Salt Pineapple Green Tea” and the “Deerioca Puff”. I personally found both drinks to be on the sweet and decadent end. They both felt like drinking a dessert. The pineapple drink tasted like candy and the caramelized pineapple had a nice crunch. The deerioca puff had a pudding with an interesting texture (could be hit or miss depending on ur preference) and the brown sugar pearls had a nice toffee like flavour.

The Alley is probably one of the nicest bubble tea shops in this plaza. It's located furthest into the plaza so might get missed at first. I usually order their "Deerioca Puff" this time my partner and I ordered their new specialty "Sea Salt Pineapple Green Tea" drink as well! I absolutely loved my drink I never had anything like that before. It came with pineapple jelly lychee as well which made it awesome. I will definitely order it again but with less sugar as I found it slightly too sweet. As usual the Deerioca Puff hit the spot for me as well! The inside of the store is very nice and cozy with a pleasant aesthetic. Great for pictures as well! If you're in this plaza make sure to check out all the shops especially, The Alley.

I have been going to The Alley for a number of years and it has always been very consistent (and the staff are extremely kind!). This is by far my favorite location and never have to wait more than a few minutes for my drink!

Drinks are ok. Some days very good. Lack of management skills. The staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. Everytime I came there’s a problem if not with my drinks then it’s other people drinks, keep the line pass the door but staff never say anything. The tiny Asian girl make good drink but doesn’t seem friendly, she probably got tired of training or fixing other staff’s mistakes. The guys on the other hand are nice but doesn’t even bother to shake the milktea when he made it. This happened to me multiple times. I think as a return customer I should say something so the manager can handle it better.
