Wonderful experience last Saturday evening in The Alley. Even though they are very busy, the cashier provided excellent service. She was very helpful not only in order taking, but also recommended drinks according to my preferences. Never expected this in a bubble tea shop??

This place is good for grabbing bubble tea and cold drinks for refreshments on the upper level of the mall. It can get busy at times, but we can still make our orders with our preferred ingredients and customization levels.

This place is a gem that every tea enthusiast should make a priority to visit. From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with an aroma that promises a delightful experience for your taste buds. The tea selection is truly impressive, offering a wide variety of flavors and blends to satisfy any palate. But what truly sets this place apart is its tapioca. The tapioca here is nothing short of extraordinary – perfectly cooked pearls that add a delightful chewiness to your tea-drinking experience. It's evident that great care and attention to detail go into crafting each cup.One standout option is the roasted ginger hot brown sugar tea. With its warm, comforting flavors and aromatic spices, it's like a hug in a cup. The combination of roasted ginger and brown sugar creates a depth of flavor that is both soothing and invigorating.Whether you're a seasoned tea aficionado or just dipping your toes into the world of tea, this place has something for everyone. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff make it the perfect spot to unwind and indulge in a moment of relaxation.I can't recommend this place enough, especially for fellow tea lovers. It's a true haven for anyone who appreciates a good cup of tea and the perfect tapioca accompaniment. Trust me, once you visit, you'll be hooked and eager to return for more of their delightful offerings.

If you are looking for some good quality bubble tea, this is a pretty good place to go. I've only been here a few times, but each time I've gone, I've only had positive experiences. The staff are nice and are pretty quick with putting together people's orders. One thing I really like about this place is that their milk tea has a unique, high-quality taste. I find it much different compared to the larger chain milk tea companies that have to have lower costs on ingredients. Overall, good staff, drinks, and service.

Crunchy Tiramisu Milk Tea ($6.75, M size)What a surprise! This cup has the texture of smoothie, with a layer of tiramisu on top, followed by a layer of pearls, and the bottom is smoothie first. Friends who like tiramisu must try it! ! The layer of tiramisu on top is quite thick, but it is quite enjoyable. The whole cup of drink is actually full of tiramisu flavor, and it really achieves that taste, not too sweet and not bitter, so good! Royal No.9 Milk Tea ($5.75, M size)It's quite drinkable, and the overall taste is good, but I personally prefer a more special tea base, so I don't think it's particularly outstanding, but it's delicious! Friends who like Taiwanese milk tea can try it!By the way: The STC branch I went to this time was very spacious and there were quite a few seats. It was ok to just walk in or sit down and have a drink if you wanted to! ?? Crunchy Tiramisu Milk Tea ($6.75, M size)A delightful surprise! This drink has a shaved ice texture with a layer of tiramisu on top, followed by pearls and the shaved ice below. Friends who enjoy tiramisu should give it a try! The tiramisu layer on top is quite thick and satisfying, and the entire drink is filled with tiramisu flavor. It's not overly sweet or bitter—just right! Royal No.9 Milk Tea ($5.75, M size)It is pretty enjoyable with an overall good taste. I prefer unique tea bases, so I didn't find it particularly outstanding, but it's still a tasty choice! Recommended for friends who enjoy Taiwanese-style milk tea!On a side note: This branch at STC is spacious, offering plenty of seating. Whether for takeout or if you get tired and want to sit down, it's all good! ??

Regular customer here and unfortunately had a less-than-pleasant experience with one of the staff members today at around 4pm. The attitude displayed by the particular staff (LADY WEARING GLASSES, grey shirt and long hair) was off-putting, unwelcoming and unprofessional making the visit less enjoyable. Soon as I get to the counter this staff was just staring at me, no greetings, no welcome spiel. When I said I have the app to scan for points she rolled her eyes for no reason. Hope the management takes note and addresses this for a better customer experience. This place doesn’t get busy all the time. Today was kinda busy but that doesn’t mean that you can just show attitude to customers. Hoping for improved customer interactions in the future.

Ordered a deerioca matcha. The cashier was kind enough to honour the birthday reward since there wasn’t one that appeared in my app. The tapioca was uncooked. It wasn’t even slight underdone- I recommend staff to go through more training. Also the wait time was super long (30 mins).

Visited The Alley to experience their latest collaboration drinks with Jujutsu Kaisen. The Alley's ambiance, characterized by wood textures, greenery, and warm lighting, consistently provides a delightful café feel. While the service was a bit slow, it was understandable due to limited staff and low activity. I tried their Jujutsu Kaisen collaboration drinks: Gojo's Limitless Coconut Smoothie and Geto's Powerful Tropical Smoothie. The coconut smoothie, reminiscent of Buko Pandan, had just the right coconut flavour. The Tropical smoothie, topped with corn flakes, featured a perfect peach balance. Overall, the drinks and ambiance were delightful, making The Alley a recommended spot for me!

Not a great experience. I’ve never gone to a place where you can’t customize your drinks! I ordered a brown tapioca requesting some extra brown sugar, willing to pay extra if necessary but the staff refused. Just because the brown sugar is “fixed”of course you could’ve added more if you wanted to. The other location allowed this before. Not going here again.

I ordered a deerioca puff yesterday and was let down by the quality of the tapioca. The quality of the tapioca was really hard and made the drink not
