Went for a burger based on the reviews. Got a spicy burger with an extra patty. It was dry and over cooked. For a combo that costs approx 20+ there are way better options around.

The taste is great no doubts, I usually order from Uber but apparently no action was taken when I tried to explain that I found a hair in the burger in my last order.As a loyal customer I expect a better response and service in return. Should focus a lot more to solve these type pf issues

The burgers didn't live up to the hype. The fries and poutine are good, but the presentation falls short in both cases.Apart from food, it's frustrating not to have the option to choose not to tip. They set the tip themselves and charged us, with the tap-only machine making it impossible for customers to see the screen. It feels like a rip-off and raises concerns about unethical business practices. While I'm open to tipping, making it a default, even for takeout orders, seems unnecessary.The audacity with these guys are on a different level; when they don’t have a screen facing the customer, they are saying customer are given option in the reply?! Seriously?! Improve your service and retrain employees (Period)

I've seen this place for a while now but recently got to try it. I can say that the burger tastes pretty good. Only thing is, the place was a bit messy. Walked in to dine in and there were crumbs on every desk and seat and what appeared to be dried up sauces or drinks. This didn't give me a good impression as the place wasn't busy or anything so it looked like they purposely ignored the mess, especially when the guy at the front was just on his phone which i dont have an issue with, just wipe down the tables and chairs before you do that. Nobody came to wipe down the tables afterwards either. Beef bacon came crunchier than a burnt potato chip but they did provide a new slice of bacon so the service was not bad.
