Horrible service from this company. We hired them for our wedding and spoke specifically to KJ. On top of getting food from them, KJ offered to coordinate our event and ensured he will be there from start to finish. We agreed & trusted him (our mistake) The day of our wedding, he was no where to be found & not answering anyones calls. Me as the bride was calling him on our way to the church and had to contact the store directly to get a hold of him.He got to the venue at 1:00 PM when the event was starting at 2:00 pm.We paid for 8 staff and only 5 staff were present. His staff was confused as to why they were being required to set up and coordinate the event. We had to explain that KJ advised us the staff will be responsible for setting up, serving and cleaning - then after they were starting to set up again.Appetizers arrived 2 hours late and another batch an hour later.KJ again was no where to be found and not answering calls.Food was in food warmers that were not turned on hence cold food being served.He didn’t bring a handful of stuff he promised he would do. I had sent him pictures and videos of how we want certain things and where things are placed. His response was “I didn’t know where it was or where to place them”.Not even mango juice was served! No mango juice at a wedding ! Cmon!When we confronted KJ he got upset and ran to his staff and told them to stop working.We had lost our deposit from the venue and had to pay extra because he left without cleaning the place.. which we paid him for.His servers called me at 11:00 pm and said KJ was holding their purses hostage unless they cleaned the place. They stayed till 12:00 AM cleaning when again KJ was no where to be found.I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional and horrible service.

The only reason why my husband and I booked them for our wedding was because we had a few people taste their food at various events and said it was really good and the vendor we had wanted was booked. The customer service started off good, but it quickly became intolerable. There was never an invoice or contract even after being asked to be provided with one multiple times. Payment schedules were completely off from what we were told initially and the over behavior was absolutely unacceptable. The food overall was good so if you just needed take out or catering for a very small event sure, but other than that I would not recommend at all for larger events, let alone a wedding.

We got Thurga catering for one of our family events and their food was simply amazing. All 70 guests enjoyed the food, and had more than enough to package and give home with all guests. Amazing customer service, amazing food and amazing rates ! I would highly recommend Thurga Catering !!

When asking about it the manager spoke in such a rude, demeaning unprofessional manner. Moreover, they had messed up the order by missing a couple of main dishes and replacing them with double of others. When asked for the missing dishes they said they felt we would not need it because it "didn't fit with everything else we ordered". Definitely will not recommend and will never be ordering from them again.

Horrible customer service and unprofessional. Do not recommend this place to anyone. I made an order and once I went to pick it up they increased the discussed price, the order was also incorrect. I was missing a specific dish and instead got double of another dish which was not asked for.

I ordered from them for a large group of people through their specialty package which included a certain number of dishes. When I went to pick up my order an older couple was there, but the guy I made the arrangement with was on the phone. He charged me $60 extra for items that were already on the package, and only after lots of arguing did the older man give in and settle with a $10 fee for the extra items (which was not pre-discussed). On top of that the lady confirmed my list of ordered items when I picked up the order, when I got home I realized the order items didn't match what the lady specified. I was disappointed and once again called the same guy back to complain. To this, he told me they provided extra of one item, and missed an item because he thought we needed more of one item for the larger crowd (which I didn't ask for)! Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of their service and hope they learn to make their customers more of a priority!
