The worst by far. Extremely slow and constant wrong orders. Been going there for a while now and it’s rare the experience goes smoothly. It’s not just me, you see it always while in the lineup or waiting for the order. Ridiculous. We will never go back to this location which is a shame as it’s close but there are others.

I arrived at 8 PM today to order 6 Boston Creams, and unfortunately, they were sold out. However, one of the front staff kindly offered to make them for me. This level of customer care is truly remarkable, and I'm both speechless and grateful. His name is Balak and Femy was very friendly too.

I’m sorry but 96% of the time I get coffee here it’s burnt, watery, and just tastes nasty. My fault for continuing to go back but one too many bad coffees and I can’t. Never again. Not worth going in just to pay 3 dollars to dump it in the trash.

This is one of my favorite tim hortons in East York whenever I have to focus on a project or d journaling for self-care. It's clean, the people around are nice, the staff is patient (especially when I'm ordering the newest promo from their app and they have to adjust my order to make sure I get the points or the discounts) and the interior is relaxing and homey.
The food is very good and customer service is very friendly, however when you are trying to dine in an atmosphere cleanness is important.The tables are messy and also the floors too.
