Me and my boyfriend ordered a bagel. Now there was a pause when we put our order through to which I just added WITHOUT INTERRUPTING ANYONE I just asked if we could please have the bagel cut in half. The woman taking our order then stopped me from asking by saying "only let the driver talk." I was shocked a bit but nevertheless qe got our order to then find an uncut bagel. The woman recognized us from when we took our order and switched with another girl so we wouldn't be upset with her.... well too late. Can't even ask for a simple cut bagel ?

The staff over this time hortons is messed up as they don’t listens to their customers properly while taking the orders and always gives wrong orders and whenever we ask to change the order with the right one they talk us in a very rude way(a lady over there is always yelling at their staff and to the customers also. They they improve their service. If there is any zero star in the ratings section , i would definitely go with the zero star.All i wanted to say that the sevice was messed up and after that i never went to that time hortons.

Crowded place most of the time. Staff struggles to take the big orders and to serve the long queues. Sometimes staff’s behaviour is very rude. Few times they missed my items what I ordered.
I brought plain croissant with butter heated today from this store and this is what i gotit’s disgusting , staff are very rude and not customer friendlyreally bad

Not even edible. Lady yelled at us while trying to take our order, and then gave us a burnt bagel. This is not Tim Hortons quality... head office check your staff and service here.And when I went back, they gave me another blackened bagel... I didn't even ask for double toasted. They didn't have any more bagels to make it right, so I accepted a muffin instead. Still, I just wanted a normally toasted bagel.
