One of the best halal burgers I had ever had. I came from Vancouver and this was by far one of my most favourite burger places to go. Would 100% recommend. Burger is very juicy.

New year, new burger joint!What happened to this place? Used to be a regular here but yesterdays experience was definitely my last one. Burger was sloppy and fries were basically raw. I usually never complain but thought it would be worth pointing out to maybe get them to cook the fries a bit longer... The cashier told me thats how hand cut fries are supposed to be??? Since when? Good thing there are plenty of solid halal burger options available nowadays!

The worst burgers we ever had. They don't deserve any star. $37.00 for two cold burgers. Yes, they might not serve frozen meat but they served leftover patties. 1st touch - to pick up the burger with my hand, the bread was cold and hard. 1st bite - the Patty was lukewarm and dry. Maybe that's our luck to go there at 5ish pm. Shouldn't go there anytime. At least we didn't get sick. Just a mild tummy pain after. Thank you.

Very disappointed with the food here. Got the chicken tenders and they were super small and extremely dry. Paid $13 for 4 tenders and fries but got small, dry tenders and soggy, oily, undercooked fries. The wildcat burger was decent but also dry.

Terrible quality. I gave them a lot of chances like at least 5 but unfortunately the quality of the food is unbelievably bad. I have the place that I can compare them with and it is another Top Gun location on Keels and they are amazing. The burgers and shakes are always the same (I mean GOOD same).

Wow I don’t know where to begin…first off overpriced for the quantity and quality but it makes matters even worse when BOTH meals are burnt to a crisp. Like not overdone or charred which I’m normally okay with BUT the steak was burnt. Every bite would make a crunch sound as if you’re eating chips…not the type of food I would expect… I would not go back here.

I've never written a negative review but I'm so fed up with the service at this location. I've been here 4 times now and 3 of the 4 times the service has been disappointing. Long waits for my order to be completed. Today I went online and ordered for pick up. This way I thought I would avoid the typical long wait for food. I walked in and said I'm here to pick up my order and they hadn't started it. She asked if I called in and I said nope, I ordered online and then I showed her the confirmation email on my phone. The woman cooking in the back clearly had no idea about the missing order as she chatted with the order taker. She said, "oh, here it is on the computer". It'll be 5 minutes." I like the product but I have given this store more than it's fair share of visits and they've either, taken forever to make my food, told me they don't have ingredients in stock so I'd have to order an alternative, or they didn't see that an online order had been placed so it wasn't ready for pick up. I'd be surprised if this location lasts another month.

The Hellcat burg was SOLID. It was moist & tender inside. It had a thin crunchy crust on the outside (that's a good thing). The sauce made it for me! But, the freshcut fries disappointed. They looked good , texture good but lacked good flavour. I think the problem was the cooking oil. Didn't bother finishing them. I would come back again but only for the burg.

WHAT HAPPENED TOP GUN??Quality of food used to be soo good. Now it is not even close to the standards of any burger joint. Staff is rude, The lady working on 18th June just before closing is by far the worst cashier that I've met. Was not nice at all to us. Really rude. The burger itself was dry, overcooked and the buns were stale. Fries looked like they were expired.Come on Top gun. You need to do better

There is lots of parking. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean. The burgers were very good. They very filling. The washroom was clean too. It was totally worth the trip. These burgers are almost as good as mine!! I had the Avengers burger with beef bacon. Its a double patty burger.
I don’t know what happened to this place. The food was good before here. But right now I brought my friends to this place and that was we got. Very bad experience. I ordered sloppy beef fries and they charged 14 dollars for that. There was no beef and no cheese. When I asked the staff she told me “thats how we are serving for 3 years” unprofessional staffs as well.

Honestly really bad. I had the cheesesteak sandwich that was $19.. it was a disgusting amount of cheese.. it was enough to cover a pizza and really cheap cheddar cheese.. very limited onions/peppers. I'm actually really bothered I tried this place. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.

Don't get the cheese fries !! The burgers are great but the cheese they put on the fries is like plastic cheese so it gets hard and you keep chewing and chewing and doesn't break down. It tastes cheap and disgusting. No matter what, don't get the cheese fries, -1000 for that, but 4 stars for the burgers. I got wildcat and it was nice, very heavy burger but delicious. Definitely something that will make you feel like you need to walk for hours to burn it off

I go places twice to give a fair chance. Each time the burger has been dry and tastes like oil. The saving grace is the sauce, although I still have to add ketchup. The tables were dirty so I cleaned the side I wanted by myself, and the staff had no pleasantries (probably cuz she was the cashier and the cook). Would be nice if the cutlery was individually wrapped especially in a pandemic. Sweet potato fries were GREAT though

Overall it’s pretty good, been here a couple of times. There are some great burgers to try out here like the freedom fighter burger, the avenger burger, etc. Had cheesy fries, which were tbh decent. Also the poutine was average, nit something to really try out.But, the burgers here are amazing, worth trying once.
