I used drive through today , one of the employee came to back of my car and scared me by knocking my window , and brought my order , was expecting to get order from window.There was a car in front me waiting for their order to be ready , no body could move , total jam on drive through.I asked for extra pickles and onions , it came no pickles and little onions.I don’t know , how those type of people sustain their life on a Daily basis with very Little IQ.

Ordered the mushrooms burger combo, it was over $14, and the burger was pathetically small. Caesar salad was okay, the drink (self dispensed) seemed to lack flavour. Not too impressed.

I have complain to Wendy's survey page. I haven't seen any response from them it seems like they do not care . The service have got worst staff do not care . I have seen a Chinese looking guy walking all over and just ordering staff what to do instead of helping when there is a line up and he disappear .I am not sure if he is the new owner if he is what is Wendy's thinking to give somebody who do not know how to operate the business and treat their staff. Quality of food is going down . When i had a problem went to the counter he came out from the office and said don't worry you can eat this food and we will make you a new combo as well .HE touched my food with his bare hands and the he scratch his head and didn't even washed his hands . wish should have taken the video. The staff told me that we have complained about him but nothing has been done . Whoa not coming back to this location again.

Worst service ever seen in a Wendy's store for walkin customers as I have waited 22mins to receive my order after ordering. They are only concerned with the drive-thru and online orders. There where around 10 members working in the store. Really disappointed ?
I have been eating Wendy's since 1975. This location and it's team remind me of the Wendy's I used to love!

Ordered a Dave's single combo and had a receipt code for an additional Daves burger or chicken burger. The refused to allow me the chicken burger, which I've done many times before at this location. Retrieved my code and went to another Wendy's where they honoured my request. I'll NEVERreturn to this store.
