I ordered Doordash and this restaurant is only a 3 minute drive from my place. The food was ICE COLD when it got here and my driver had an insulated bag, so it wasn't his fault. Something tells me, they just had my order sitting on the counter for 20 minutes. I bit into one of the burgers and it was just cold mush. This is a GIANT health/safety risk. Be wary of this location!

My review is based on the last few visits in a month. The service is inconsistent as it got worst each time. My mobile order was forgot and I need to proof to them that order was processed and took few discussion before they gave me my order. And the last time I order fries no salts and she told me the fries in the bag is no salt, all the fries on the top is salted, only the bottom ones are not. The large fries is half size only. The amount of fries is less than the medium fries I got. The burgers each time is about the same.

Went through the drive through and they told me that it would be a 4 min wait for nuggets i said no problem, they asked me to leave the drive through and come back around in 4 minutes. When I came back there was many more cars now in front of me and I ended up waiting much longer than 4 minutes. Sorry but I shouldn’t have to leave the drive through and come back just because your worried about your drive through times. Also I’m pretty sure that your not supposed to ask cars to go anywhere where there isn’t designated waiting spots but whatever. Not pleased with this experience.
The food is always good, but they do need to do a better job keeping the seating areas clean.Tables are rarely clean, and the floor is always a mess and at times feels sticky like a movie theater floor.

This location isn't great. Tables are usually dirty and packed during the day. You're better off ordering for takeout or drive though.Otherwise it's the typical Wendy's experience, decent food for a good price.

Why are employees confused about a customer that goes to mobile pickup? They are trained that mobile ordering is possible? McDonald's is the best, I can choose not to use name and just use order numbers, select no ice in drink, they know how to make an order and call number, unlike some Wendy's and TimsOrder medium cup and received small, you bet I took refill for that.Some of the fast food industry would have better service if they automated

The side Caesar Salad at Wendy's just got better today when I noticed that the croutons are much smaller than the old chunky sized ones. I like it!
Good and awesome experienced, love to visit again. Advice they should get a cleaner that regular clean the table after guess exit .
