Skip the dishes will not replace the items. The whole order was messed up. They can't even follow simple instructions. I've ordered there several times trying to give them a chance and they completely fail. I wouldn't waste money, or time returning. I definitely do not recommend to anyone especially since its Covid and they can't even follow simple directions with food

I was hoping that this food would be good based on the photos. I ordered munch boxes because it looked good in the photo.First of all very limited options. There were no replacement options. Also they were vastly overpriced for food that was subpar other than the bang bang shrimp which was good. $65 dollars and 45 minutes later I had to go to another place to eat.

If you value your health and longevity, don't order from this place. We ordered recently and not only did the food not come the way it was described but both of our stomach's are aching after eating from this disaster of a restaurant. The spicy chicken burger was absolutely horrible and the brown man pattys didn't even include any of the butter chicken or coleslaw as described. We saw pictures and videos before trying this place but our order didn't come anywhere near the way it was advertised. They charge way too much for the quality of food that they serve, not only that but it tastes like it was cooked on a trash can cover. We had to throw most of it out. I included an image to show you what the brown man patty actually came as in reality. It was basically served without coleslaw, mango salsa nor butter chicken. You can see for yourself, the quality of food they are serving. Save your money and go to costco for the same fries this restaurant serves. More importantly, SAVE YOUR LIFE AND DON'T ORDER FROM HERE.

It was my first time going to Munchies. After looking at the menu I asked for a recommendation. I was told that the Spicy Chicken burger was their Ultimate. So I ordered the Spicy Chicken Burger AND TIPPED because of the friendly gesture of helping me decide. After waiting for 20 mins I received what seemed to look like a really DARK colored bun (really hard and dried), with the chicken that was Undercooked and smelled like Old Oil and was fried to a CRISP. It was topped off with some purple onion sauce. I can honestly say without any exaggeration that I had Diarrhea right after. Definitely won't be going back there at all nor am I recommending it. STAY CLEAR OF THE SPICY CHICKEN BURGER!!

We loved the creative flavours & quality of our first taste of Munchies!! The Bang Bang Shrimp & curry ranch wings as part of the Munch Box (which was great value) were my favorites! Visited to support small businesses. We ordered the mutton poutine and their version of a Jamaican patty with butter chicken. The mutton poutine didn’t really taste like mutton because there were so many other overpowering flavours. The patty also did not taste like butter chicken... once again too many flavours going on at once. It might actually have been better if the coleslaw was served cold and on the side. Just a suggestion.

The new menu is miles better than what they had before. We've tried the Brown Mans Patty, The Spicy Birdie and the Munchies Cheese Steak. The first time we ordered, it was disappointing. The food was under seasoned and not worth the price. The second time ordering, the Brown Mans Patty was way better. The food is inconsistent but when done right, its worth the drive out.
