Giving them a three review because on average they're okay. But this morning when you order a sausage and bacon on English muffin. But you don't get the sausage. It just isn't the same.

I just went in for coffee with my family, and I have never once had such an awful iced coffee. I have no issues when I get them anywhere else, and yet I consistently get horrible coffee from the seaforth location. I’m actually disgusted by the horrible coffee and service. I don’t understand how it’s possible to even make coffee that bad.

Why do you always close before the closing time? Every time I come at 950 or 955 the drive through is blocked off and it’s irritating. You’re open too 10 so stay open too 10

Drinks are usually decent enough for a Tim Hortons. Food quality varies from decent to awful, soggy, overcooked garbage. Sometimes you'll get your food quickly, sometimes you'll wait 10 minutes for a drink and a hashbrown. Not the employee's fault I get their understaffed so that's on whoever owns the place for trying to save every solitary dollar at the customers expense. It'd be 3 stars if there was any consistency.

It's sad to see that there are no smiles here, no thank you's, and no experience giving change back other than passing money with no explanation and no receipt - just the bare minimum of doing their job. The girl had a look of shocked when I asked what my change was and when I said that they must not learn how to count change any more these days. The glass take out window closed without any responsibility and no apology. Customer service doesn't exist at this location.

I was able to redeem my birthday gift which does come up when you cash out not even a happy birthday from the cashier the same day went to another store and redeemed my gift and was wished happy birthday small gesture but still nice
