I ordered a cake pop and there was black chunks of burnt something inside. We brought it up to the counter, and the worker replied with “I don’t know what that is” and took it away without any sort of compensation or apologies. Would not recommend or come here again. Customer service was horrible.

Everytime I go here I ask for light ice. Every single time I'm given half a cup of ice. Considering the cost of a coffee from Starbucks, I don't appreciate that I'm paying for half a cup of water.
