I placed an order through the app for this location by accident. I meant to order from a different location but that was my default. So I called the location right away and asked him to cancel it. They told me that they hadn't started making my subs yet but that they can't cancel my order I have to do it through the app. I asked them how to cancel it through the app. They told me I have to call customer service so I went to the app there is no such customer service number if I go to my order it provides me with the number for the store so I called the store back and explained that they told me that again they can't cancel it and that I have to call the number for customer service so I asked them for the number for customer service they said they don't know and I have to Google it. So I googled the customer support number for Subway and there is no such number available to me so I went back on the app and I had to fill out a little survey template. So there is no support whatsoever and I'm out $25 for a simple error that should EASILY be rectified. So I call them back and they tell me they will cancel the order and refund me. Useless.

There is a person who works there who throws your food together in a sub, never following the appropriate amount of cheese or meat. Some days you get more cheese other days you get less. There is zero care when putting your sub together. Also, the price always seems to vary. I get the same thing every time - no changes. The price sometimes vary depending on which staff is punching it in. There is no consistency here. Also, I’m so tired of the lettuce always looking brown.

A lovely staff by the name of Prince ALWAYS does an excellent job making my sub! He takes the time to place the meat and veggies with care. He clearly makes an effort!We purposely buy from this Subway in town because of the quality food Prince makes!

I go there once or twice a week. I am never going back. The girl that works there days during the week is really rude to staff. Today I went in for my last time and they had no Italian herb bread and the lettuce was terrible all brown and soggy. I won't be going back ever You just lost a regular customer. Also I could not even find a clean table to eat off of. A.Micucci
