This is the only A&W I've ever been to that charges me to put the tiniest piece of lettuce on my burger. Staff is also hit and miss on being friendly. Worth it to us to drive a bit further to the Welland Avenue location in St. Catharines location to get full portions, friendly staff and no extra costs.

I find staff friendly as I go through the drive thru, and then I sit with my kids in the car and have a little dinner date before our extra curriculars.. as I’m walking with the trash from our food, to the trash can which is right outside the front door, staff look at me and I can see them talking: it makes me extremely uncomfortable.. it was months of the same thing, and I won’t be staying to eat there from now on. Feels very judgemental and gossipy, which is not appreciated.Parking: 20-30 maybe

I step in the restaurant asking if it's possible to have a fresh uncle burger combo and a buddyburger. The guy at the register "says sure we can do that." 4 min later, i got my order, the frise and the buddy were fresh, The uncel not so much. I asked the guy who was taking orders. If it was fresh, he said yes. I got my order in 4 min. Is that how long it takes? He says yes!!

Great breakfast. Coffee hash brown bacon cooked perfectly and the eggs were perfect. But remember they are not open 24hr dining room is open at 7am not at 5:19

Expensive and tasteless burger. Dry bun, a drop of mustard you couldn't taste. Ordered a mama burger and had to pay $1.05 to add cheese, which is often the case, but the $.25 for a slice if tomato and the same for lettuce. So an $8 waste of money. Most other places you get whatever condiments you want with no extra charge, and I've had much better, tastier fast food burgers for less!Not to mention the girl mopping the dining room floor at 7pm, with a strong smell of bleach. A little early, and she should have stopped when people ate dining in!Parking: Full lot
