I had ordered on Uber eats and needed to clarify something, but couldn't make a note in the app. I called the store 4 times without an answer, before my driver was there for pick up. I had to tell him to tell the girl working to answer the damn phone. I wanted to switch ONE of my 2 onion ring orders to sweet potato fries, and I said I didn't care about the price difference (onion rings r more expensive)....I recieved 2 sweet potato fries ? Ffs ???

Mar. 12/2024: Well, 5 days have passed since I contacted your Guest Relations email address and, do you think anyone even acknowledged my email? I am less than impressed. And I am strongly recommending that guests consider very carefully whether to set foot in this restaurant. You think perhaps an apology and remediation might have been in order?Mar. 7/2024: I had a quick chicken sandwich for dinner and then I took one step into the washroom and I went flying, I hit the floor really hard, due to the fact that the floor was wet and soapy and there was no warning sign on the door. I immediately let one of the employees know who barely even acknowledged me and certainly did not apologize. I am a 64 year old woman and I am very lucky I did not break my hip or femur, although I have a bruise that is more than 8 in in diameter on my hip and leg. This happened on Feb. 29th (5 days ago) and I am still limping. Very upset by this restaurant's carelessness and attitude!

Bailey is absolutely Amazing!Using up our coupons and she remembered my coffee order exactly probably over an hour later, with lots of customers in the dining room and tons of orders coming in.She went above and beyond and was a joy to be around!Thank you Fourth Ave team!

Done with this place...sat in drive thru for 15 minutes with one car at the window ahead of me. Everytime I go there it's slow as hell. Clueless girl just stared at me when I finally got to the window with no sorry for the delay just surprised I was pissed off. No wonder people go to McDonald's instead...they understand the concept of "fast food".

Went to grab lunch yesterday via the drive thru. I work close by so I go maybe once a month or so. The woman who took my order and payment was friendly and polite. But a different woman handed me my food. She literally opened the window and without looking at me or speaking at all shoved the bag at me. Window was re-closed within a second. I was shocked! Then I get to work and open the bag and the buddy burger is soggy and slopped together making it difficult to eat without a mess. I think she may have been a manager. Regardless, at the least say thank you or acknowledge your customers. I said thank you and before I had the words formed she had the window closed
