They need some customer service experience. The girl that waited on me was more interested in talking with coworker. She didn't say hello or thank you. I ordered a tea at 10:15am and it was cold. There was no one else in the restaurant. I guess that's why...poor service will ruin a business fast.

Honestly, the BEST customer service I have received in a very long time. Not only was the iced pumpkin spice latte amazing, but so were the drive thru staff. They corrected the initial error and provided 50% off coupons for our next visit. Made sure that I will be returning again and again!!

Cashier very rude...wearing a mask she asked me to round up bill...I told her I can't hear or understand....its hard to hear when the person wearing the mask hot mad and said never mind..... bad customer service.....will not be visiting this establishment again unless they get educated in treating customers better......so sad

Cashier was friendly, but the onion rings and burger meat I received were incredibly salty. Not sure if this was just my order or others too. Still edible but quite salty in comparison to other locations I've been to.
