The Indian lady at the counter was very rude. We bought ice cream for our kids and i was just going to use the washroom but she shouted at me saying that it's not working and that i should have asked first. Half of the ice cream they served had a big chunk of ice.Poor service and poor product quality.

The lady working just now was so rude and un pleasant. We wanted to sample ice cream before making a selection and she barely put any on the spoon. My husband and I were still splitting what she gave us and after the third one she told us we only get 3 samples. We were two people and we were sharing the 3 samples we got. Beyond the actual sample, she was condescending in her tone and rolled her eyes at us as if we weren’t going to buy. So we decided to take our business to Marble Slab Creamery down the street.

I'm surprised by some of the reviews as I've probably been in at least 10 times and my server couldn't have been nicer. Thrilled we finally got a Baskin Robbins here and don't have to run to the falls for a fix! My only complaint is that they no longer have plain old chocolate available in the prepacks.

Notorious for closing down early. Don't plan on getting any ice cream after 8:00 PM, at which time they close early everyday for "cleaning". Why not just adjust your hours so people know what to expect? The best is another customer calling them out on this same issue in the reviews below, and then Yash, one of the workers gives themselves a five-star rating immediately. Talk about fake news, LOL. Completely disappointed with this location. Ice cream is obviously not the same at every location. All the cones were stale, the service was disappointing she couldn’t even crack a smile. Definitely won’t go back to this location

First picture is what I ordered in store from the book provided...Second picture is what I received for $90!! (8" x 11" cake) No indication that the props were not included until I got a phone call the day before the party asking if I wanted the toy. That was going to be another $10!! When I complained to the store manager, she could not have cared less. Shame on you Baskin Robbins - false advertising specifically towards target audience of children.
Amazing experience! So friendly, patient, and helpful. Will absolutely be coming back to this location because of the wonderful customer service this evening.
