Went in to get 2 small blizzards and a cone. they did the upside down test on ONE blizzard only. keep in mind i live not evem 5 mins away and bybthe time i got home my blizzard (no upside test done) is like soup. Melted. so i called. apparently "i should have checked it before leaving" and "they only have to do the upside down test on one blizzard pwr order" is what i was told and all they would do to rectify it was id have to drive back and theyd give me a medium size. i am so dissapointed and mad beyond belief. so id have to waste my money in gas to go back? i have video proof of how liquid it is. i will be contacting a manager or owner tomorrow.

Hartzel Rd. is a much better restaurant, The owner on Geneva St. is a joke who couldn't care less about the customers at all just wants your money. Reading the same problems over and over just proves the owner does nothing and is makes DQ look as bad as they do!Probably the same useless clown that has the gas bar, Two thumbs down to both businesses, Owner sucks and is as lazy!@owner, Don't bother to reply, There is nothing you can do or say to get me in your poor excuse of a restaurant, I won't waste my time sending feedback to your joke of an establishment I just go somewhere where an owner does care, I suggest everyone else does the same!

Horrible slow and rude. One of the girls here is beyond ignorant. They think it’s funny to keep customers waiting. I believe it’s rude to speak in a different language throughout their shift with giggles and laughs as if they’re just there to have fun.The communication with some of the employees is so bad that some of them Challenge customers after the communication has been crystal clear.If you want your food delivered in time with no missing items and respectful service - AVOID this place at all costs. Friendly warning.
