$18 for a small blizzard and 1 other medium treat. Talk about pricing out everyday people. And they didn’t flip my blizzard, I can see why once I opened it. All vanilla ice cream with barely any cheesecakes bits and little to no strawberry flavour. Would have fell right out the cup.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever. Went with my friends for a nice outing and the one older worker possibly the owner said “is there not another Dairy Queen open” we thought she was joking but proceeded to act annoyed. She then locked the doors and said we can go out another door and no one else can come in basically locking us in the store. She then ushered everyone out the side door as it was locked and we couldn’t get out. It was also 9pm and it says 10pm closure. Left very dissatisfied

I applied to work here and handed in my resume in person. ITried calling for a follow up, took a week to reach the manager, then once I finally got the chance to talk to him he had an attitude.-Mean staff and food is always cold.

This dairy queen is the worst location in the Niagara region. I ordered an oreo blizzard and I received just a cup with vanilla ice cream. There are hardly any oreo pieces in the blizzard. For what I ordered its definitely not no 9 Dollars. Also days before I ordered a Georgia mud fudge blizzard AND THERE WAS NO COCO SYRUP IN IT WOOOOOOOOW, DO BETTER GUYS!!! Do not go to this location.

Pretty disgusting that the owners brother had to threaten 2 customers with a knife because he thought they didn't pay, when indeed they certainly paid. Like some kind of "tough" guy, not to mention one of the 2 customers was a teenaged boy. And blocks my elderly grandmother's car while she's waiting outside for them.What kind of establishment does that? Can you take a wild guess?This is the dairy queen on Merrit street, St. Catharines btw.... the one with the stamped parking lot... ?
