Received the wrong sub. Mistakes happen so I was not too bothered. A few days later I received a customer satisfaction survey. After I filled it out I got a phone call from the restaurant telling me that they are going to do nothing for me since i didn't come back right away. I would have preferred to have never been contacted if there was no compensation.

This is for the 4th Ave St Catharines location.Let me start with this.. Ever listen to a radio station that is one notch out of tune? Well, this is the music playing in this place. How very painful to hear 75% of a song as it goes in and out of reception. And that's easy listening meal time music.. how very unsettling. I've been there 2 other times and you'll never believe me when I say the music was exactly the same every time! Like everyone is deaf.The sub was good but took forever on a Sunday... I am a self-proclaimed Firehouse sub lover! I hope someone does something about the atmosphere in there......cheers ?Rick

Forget subway firehouse subs costs more but you get more. And they taste a whole lot better.?
The subs are a cut above for a chain. Some of the more expensive are just too expensive for a takeout in my opinion. I'd highly recommend the pizza-meatball sub, one of the best I've ever had. The dine-in atmosphere is a bit loud and chaotic if it's busy.
